We warmly welcome you to our cozy 10 m² room, perfect for a stay in Warsaw, whether you’re traveling as a family, couple, or solo. The room is part of a three-bedroom apartment and provides complete privacy with its own lock. Inside, you’ll find two beds that can be joined to form one large bed, allowing you to customize the layout to your needs. The room also features a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, a clothes hanger, a reading lamp, and a phone charger, keeping everything within easy reach.
You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and kettle, as well as all necessary dishes, cutlery, pots, and wine glasses. Complimentary coffee and tea are always available for guests – a great way to start your day. The shared bathroom includes a convenient shower, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. We also provide fresh towels and bed linens to make you feel at home.

The Neighborhood:

Thank you for choosing our ROOM for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
