Incredible Views, Lakefront, Room for Everyone

Breathtaking and unsurpassed in the Kentucky lakes region, our home is secluded on the shore of Lake Barkley. We offer casual elegance and relaxation on the water. Many activities and attractions beckon visitors and vacationers to the Land Between the Lakes and the surrounding lakes region. Rediscover the adventure of boating, fishing, hiking, camping, horseback riding, and golf. Visit the many gift and antique shops and great restaurants.



Main Channel Manor at Lake Barkley is a beautifully renovated, 7-bedroom 7 bath waterfront rental home overlooking Lake Barkley. Main Channel Manor will accommodate multi-family, friend gatherings, reunions, golf outings, wedding parties and corporate retreats; as it will sleep up to 22 people in 12 beds with plenty of space for everyone to spread out in 7750 square feet of space featuring three living areas with smart TVs. 



The kitchen has new stainless appliances, and is fully stocked for families who enjoy cooking. A propane gas grill is also provided. The eat-in kitchen provides a large island that seats 6 plus table seating for 10. A spacious deck has a dining table for 6 and beautiful outdoor seating and gas fire table to add to sunsets and evening relaxation. There is additional dining space at the game table in the basement seating 8.The property has a gently sloped yard that has steps leading to private shoreline.




Main Channel Manor is located in the popular Blue Springs area of Lake Barkley, just minutes for Lake Barkley State Marina. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the deer play at the water's edge, or catch a glimpse of the famous Bald Eagles and Great White Pelicans as they soar across the lake. Two kayaks are provided for guests who would like to explore the tranquil area by water.

This a a huge, beautiful home close to Lake Barkley Resort State Park with excellent views. It can accommodate a large crowd quite comfortably, and the spacious living areas and kitchen makes it an outstanding home away from home. Bedrooms are well-appointed and roomy with plenty of baths as well. Absolutely a top notch property!

Fun and Relaxing Family Vacation

Great location on the water and near Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area, beautiful furniture/decorations, amazing views with lots of big windows, a well-stocked kitchen, a ping-pong table, kayaks, very responsive management, and the list goes on. An all-around great place for our family reunion. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views, amazing sunsets.

We enjoyed our week stay at this beautiful VRBO. We celebrated our 10th Annual Family Reunion. We are a family of 17 adults that traveled from Texas, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Michigan and Florida. This has been one of our favorite rentals so far. The host was fast and friendly to respond to all of our questions and needs.

We loved our time at the Main Channel Manor. It was great to have different spaces to play games, watch tv, and have places to rest. The deck and outdoor fireplace were lovely as the sun was setting over the lake.

Great stay at the lake

We rent a place every Labor Day weekend at Kentucky Lake with our kids and grandkids. We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It had plenty of room. It was very clean. Everyone was happy with this house and we plan to stay there next year again.

Great time!

Very spacious for 20 adults. The lake wasn’t the cleanest but that didn’t detour us from swimming. Great sunset views from the porch, plenty of kitchen amenities, and exceptional communication with our host.

A wonderful new years gathering with all of our family.

This was a wonderful experience and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. There were 20 of us we stayed in the house the entire time with the exception of the walks on the shore line of the lake which were so relaxing. I would take our family here again if the opportunity allows us to do.

An Amazing Property!

This property was amazing for our family reunion. Over and above with amenities. The property was also super clean. We had a huge family reunion with many family members, all ages. Everyone was comfortable and had their own space within the property. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Main Chanel Manor Christmas

A perfect house for our family Christmas! There were 17 of us ranging in age from 3 weeks old to Grandpa, plenty of space and rooms for everyone. The kitchen is large enough for all of our food prep and serving. The view is spectacular, and while the weather was a bit chilly, plenty of things to do both inside and outside.

Granny’s 80 Celebration

Perfect home for large family gatherings, The host Jeff was very easy to communicate with and answered emails promptly. The kitchen was perfect and the open concept is great for families to hangout. There are multiple living areas, so its perfect when Grandparents need a little quiet time. The view is spectacular with a wall of windows overlooking the lake and spectacular sunsets every night. Our family is looking forward to staying here again sometime.

This place is nothing short of amazing!! Private with outstanding view. Very quiet. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Jeff, the host, communicated everything very well. There were 8 adults (originally had 10 but 2 did not get to come). Would love to stay here again.

Corporate Retreat

We took a team for a corporate retreat. There was plenty of room to spread out, plenty of room for meeting and eating. We brought all our own food, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We had some guys watching TV, some playing cards and games at night, and some sitting on the porch. It was a perfect place for our group. The host was very attentive to everything we needed.

Lovely lake house!

The house was a great place for our family get together! The house is beautiful and the deck and views are amazing! A few small maintenance issues, but overall it was great! There were a lot of sitting areas so people could spread out and find a quiet space to relax and the deck with has fire pit was used every day! Jeff was very helpful and responsive. Thank you Jeff!

Best rental home we have ever booked!

This experience was great but here are some of the highlights: -views- the views from every room were amazing!! -beds- the beds and bedding were comfortable! There were tons to extra pillows and blankets -kitchen- the kitchen has everything we could need for the whole weekend and there was plenty of fridge and freezer space -bathrooms- so many clean bathrooms -communication- Jeff was kind and responsive -outside- every inch of the outside property was amazing! We have no complaints at all!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The VIEW! That is the first reason we were drawn to this property but it goes s much beyond that; there is just great space for everyone! This home truly stood out as a home for families and enough space that everyone and spread out and still want to talk to everyone when they leave. We look forward to creating our own family memories here and hope that you find it to be as special of a place as we do!
