Located just minutes from Osloâs city center, the apartment offers easy access to shops, restaurants, bakeries, and public transport, while remaining peaceful and residential.
The Space
This thoughtfully designed penthouse is intended to feel like a real home rather than a typical short-term rental. Natural light, quality materials, and a calm color palette create a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout.
The apartment features:
- Two dedicated bedrooms
- A home office that can be converted into an additional sleeping area if needed
- Two full bathrooms
- Open-plan living and dining areas with fireplace
- A fully equipped designer kitchen
Elevator access and indoor parking within the building make arrival easy and convenient.
Rooftop Terrace
The private rooftop terrace spans approximately 70 mÂČ and receives sun for large parts of the day. It is arranged with lounge seating, daybeds, and an outdoor dining area â ideal for morning coffee, relaxed afternoons, or summer evenings.
During the warmer months (typically MayâAugust), the terrace may also be set up with an outdoor projector for open-air movie nights. Outdoor features are seasonal and weather-dependent.
