This is an amazing cabin. The location is great, the communication was expedient, my family had a nice getaway right on the river.

Great location, just as described in the listing. Easy and close drive to downtown Durango. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the beautiful views from the property. Kitchen is very well stocked and has all your cooking supplies and seasoning. The home was thoughtfully decorated, creating a warm, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere throughout. It was a great place to relax and served as an excellent home base for exploring the surrounding area. Really a fantastic property and house. You will not be disappointed. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting.

Very beautiful and relaxing home and property. Deer and wild turkeys roamed through every day of our trip. The mattresses were probably the best we have ever experienced at a VRBO property. Went to sleep nightly with the sound of the river flowing by. Our dog loved the pond, streams and grass. Great fishing. Highly recommend and hope to return.

This unique, many-hang-out spaces, property worked well for our party of 6. The large paved patio offered two fire pit options and plenty of lounge spaces near the creek that babbles and makes for great open window sleeping. The hot tub was clean and felt great. The pond needs more water. We utilized the outdoor and indoor fireplaces. The property management company was especially helpful in connecting to WiFi calling. We did have a regional power outage for 5 hours but the property offers games, candles and headlamps. There is no Verizon cell service at this location, thus the reference to WiFi calling. Starlink WiFi worked well for streaming movies and 4 of 6 heavy phone users. There are 6 bathrooms with each bedroom having their own bathroom, wonderful!

The house and grounds were more beautiful than the pictures. The location was great and private but not too far out. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave.

Peaceful Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the house late at night and could not see the property in the dark. We all thought it would be like Christmas, waiting to see in the morning. We are from the desert area, and it was a beautiful setting to wake up to. Surrounded by trees and a small river running in front of the property. Both sides of the house have nice grass areas. There is a hammock to relax and listen to the river going over rocks, a rope swing for kids to play on. Our grandson said he felt like he was staying in a National Park. There is lots of outside seating and space. From the hot tub on one side of the house with an outdoor porch swing, fire pit area near the river and on the other side a barbecue area with seating. this area has a pass through window from the kitchen to a counter outside. There is a room off the patio that has a fridge for drinks and extra food items. Inside the house is well thought out and has plenty of space for people to gather. There are many boxed games stored throughout the house. The property is about 20-25 minutes from Durango. There is lots to do and explore in the area. We are already planning on taking another family trip and would love to stay in this house again.

Everything about this property was amazing! The hosts were excellent in communicating prior to our arrival and were quick to respond if we had questions. The property itself is truly stunning! Very inviting, peaceful and the views surrounding the property were like living in a postcard. The house was very clean, definitely pet friendly, and stocked with everything we needed for the week. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working, but it didn't detract from our stay. This place allowed our family, including our 2 dogs, to have an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable week.
