Nouvelle annonce ! Appartement loft de luxe Uptown / Vues panoramiques / Centre-ville Creede

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beautiful property and great location. We’re sorry the karaoke noise impacted your Saturday night and kept you awake so late. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you’re trying to relax and enjoy your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more peaceful stay in the future.

Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that everything exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. It means so much to know you had such a great stay, and we can’t wait to welcome you back!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property and found it clean, well stocked, and comfortable overall. We’re sorry the unusually warm temperatures made it more difficult to stay comfortable at night. We completely understand not wanting to leave doors open while sleeping, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective. Thank you again for staying with us and for the kind comments about the home. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to return during cooler weather for an even more comfortable stay!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies. Arriving to dirty sheets and dishes is not the experience you deserved, and it's certainly not the guest experience we strive for. We completely understand how disappointing and uncomfortable that must have been, especially after looking forward to your stay. We also want you to know that we never intended to leave your concerns unanswered. Our team did reply to your message on September 4 at 6:20 p.m., but looking back at our correspondence, we can see now that the message was never delivered. We're truly sorry you were left without a response when you needed one. We've shared your feedback with our housekeeping team so that sheets and dishes are carefully checked between every stay. We're so glad you enjoyed the home and its location, and we would love the chance to make it right and welcome you back to Creede in the future.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a fantastic stay and that the apartment exceeded your expectations. It’s great to know you enjoyed the downtown location and were able to easily explore the restaurants and shops on foot. We also truly appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness, comfort, and especially the beds — we know how important a good night’s sleep is after a full day of adventures! Our team works hard to provide helpful and responsive communication, so it means a lot to hear that you felt well taken care of throughout your booking and stay. Thank you again for your recommendation, and we would absolutely love to host you again the next time you’re in town!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you loved the rental and found it easy to find, exceptionally clean, and well equipped with everything you needed. It's great to know you appreciated the comfortable beds, extra blankets, and the attention to detail throughout the home. We're also delighted that you enjoyed exploring the charming town of Creede and had such positive experiences with the local shops, restaurants, and friendly community. Your kind words about our team at VRC mean a great deal to us. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable visit to Creede!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the property cute and clean. We understand that noise can be a concern, especially on weekends. Because the home is located above a popular bar in a lively downtown area, there can be increased activity and noise during business hours, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings. We also appreciate your feedback regarding noise from the neighboring upstairs unit. Thank you again for your comments. We appreciate your suggestion about weekday stays and hope we'll have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. As noted in our listing, this loft does not have air conditioning, which is common for many mountain homes in our area due to the typically cool summer evenings. We recommend opening the windows in the evening and closing them and the shades during the day to help keep the loft comfortable. Our listing also notes that the OMI Luxury Lofts are located in the heart of historic downtown Creede. While many guests enjoy being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and local attractions, there can be increased activity and noise on Friday and Saturday evenings. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you so much — this really made our day! Creede is such a hidden gem and we love that the apartment felt like a comfortable, safe retreat after all your outdoor adventures. We put a lot of care into keeping the space in great shape, so it means a lot that you noticed. Hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon! _Mackey
