One of the best rentals ever. Our trip consisted of two different rental times for this place. Four guys from Maryland on motorcycles for a trip to Key West and back again. Our first time consisted of three nights and our return for two nights. Both times we contacted John and he opened the garage for us to use to keep the bikes in during our stay. Coffee was plentiful! Very clean, nice front and rear porches to relax on and full of the latest tech devices. Alexa was great!

Family visit

The property met our needs for a quick family visit. The bedding options worked well for our needs. While the location was close and convenient to many restaurants and the venue for our family event, the surrounding neighborhood was much older and not nearly as nice as the house we stayed in.

Super Host and Property!!

We had some trouble with the hot water system when we arrived but our host was extremely responsive and persistent and worked with us though the substation until it was resolved, so it all worked out. Can’t say enough for how clean the property was both inside and out. Location was great for our needs and seemed central to a lot of activities in the area. We would certainly consider staying again in the future when we are back in the area.

A home away from home

This home had everything we needed/ well stocked with everyday essentials. The home was so well kept, very organized, neat, clean and just beautiful. I loved the weights and peleton - they were perfect for maintaining my workouts while on vacation. The connection to alexa throughout the home was so great- it was like being at home. My children and I very much enjoyed the home and didn’t want to leave! By far my favorite rental

Perfect

Loved the house. It's obvious that the owner seeks to provide a clean, comfortable stay for his guests. The house was impeccably clean and is as good or better than the pictures show. It also includes great extras....a bottled water dispenser that also is a fast coffee maker.....Peloton bike with cleated or non-cleated pedals....all new appliances and kitchen wear. Even high grade toilet paper! Can't recommend this house enough.

Bright, modern home, well-equipped for entertainment and relaxing

This new home is bright, clean, modern and very well-equipped for relaxing, cooking and entertainment. As advertised, it features the newest electronic conveniences: Alexa devices are available in every room as well as TVs in the living room, master bedroom and other bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances and utensils. We enjoyed using the Keurig, the drip coffee-maker, the wine refrigerator, the bottled water dispenser and the Peloton exercise bike. An electric grill is available in the garage. The outdoor covered patio has table seating for eight as well as lounging chairs. The owner/ property manager was very helpful, pleasant and available when needed. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with similar homes. It is several miles to the beautiful Hobe Sound beach, and walking distance to grocery and convenience stores. This is a great home that makes it easy to relax and enjoy a carefree vacation.

Super Clean and convenient

Our stay was fabulous. We needed to find a place for extended family to stay during a family get together. This was close to where we needed to be with easy access to highways, shopping, beaches and great restaurants. The home was super clean, spacious and updated with latest modern technology as well stocked with everything we needed. They supplied plenty of towels as well as beach towels and beach chairs for us to use.. Laundryroom was fully stocked as well as kitchen with detergent/cleaning supplies, cooking supplies, spices etc. everyone was super impressed and enjoyed the home and everything was perfect!! Only two comments that would be an added benefit that were mentioned from those that stayed there were a shorter # code to get in (it was rather long to remember) …by the way the home has a great security system! …and maybe some comfortable throw pillows on the sectional sofa ( the sectional was very comfortable with plenty of seating just needed a few pillows) all in all…neither of those things would stop us from staying there again.
