The Space:

Welcome to our stylish 100 year old house in the heart of Palermo Soho!



You will love this unique property due to its high celings and the width of the ambients. There is a super large living and dining area, that expands into a brightful balcony with a BBQ.



There are 6 amazingly spaceful bedrooms with twin beds that can adapt into queen beds easily upon your request. The house accomodates 14 very comfortable guests.



The kitchen is also prepared to recieve large groups. And best of it all, the terrace offers a minipool to enjoy in summers. There are 2 bathrooms very conviniently displayed along the house.



The location is perfect, stright in th epicenter of Palermo Soho, well known for its restaurants and bars, and a vivid nightlife.



The proeprty is located on a first floor accesible by a very wide staircase.



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Getting Around:

Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.



For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
