Biloxi Beachside Getaway
Enjoy Gulf Coast living at this fully furnished 1BR/1BA condo directly across from Biloxi Beach. Located in a gated community with two pools, a fitness center, and a playground, this cozy unit features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and assigned parking. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or military personnel near Keesler AFB. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and casinos. Your coastal escape awaits!
No boat, trailers, RVs, are permitted to be parked or stored in common areas, parking lot or any portion
on the property. Vehicles shall be parked in spaces not to obstruct other spaces, sidewalks, or common areas and grass. Vehicles that are derelict, without registration, or plates are prohibited.
Litter and debris shall be disposed of in common area trash containers. It is not permitted in common
breezeways or porches. No storage of any items is allowed in the common areas. Balconies, breezeways and patios shall be kept clear of all debris except patio furniture and flower pots.
No rugs, laundry, or clothing is permitted. BBQ Grills are not permitted on walk ways and are only
allowed on the patios of the 2 bedroom units. Residents are prohibited from defacing, marking, or destruction of any building or common area. Damages from any resident will face the cost of repair and possible eviction.
As posted, at the pools and Fitness Center:
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the workout fitness facility without an adult.
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the pool area without an adult. There is no life
guard on duty.
Guests are not allowed to have a pets in the condos. Service animals are permitted by law.
Patio tents and fixtures are prohibited from being affixed or attached on exterior walls or windows. Patio
tents are prohibited from being placed over patios.
Property Guidelines:
Yard sales or rummage sales may not be conducted on property.
All door to door solicitation of any type of product is prohibited on property.
Please note: This property has older plumbing and it works fine as long as
owners/guests only flush bodily waste and toilet paper down the toilets. Please
DO NOT FLUSH ANY WIPES OR SANITARY NAPKINS DOWN THE TOILETS. Wipes
that say they are flushable, ARE NOT FLUSHABLE and cause issues with the
plumbing. ADDITIONALLY, grease may NEVER be poured down any of the drains
OR FLUSHED DOWN THE TOILET.
