🏠 The apartment is located in historical building on the first floor (next to ground floor) without elevator and has 3 bedrooms. Each room can accommodate 2 people. The flat has one bathroom with WC and shower and also one separated WC.

🚇 Subway stations I.P.Pavlova and Namesti Miru are a few minutes away but you’ll find you can walk practically everywhere and if you don’t feel like it there are easy transport links to the major tourist attractions (Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, Dancing House).

🍹 For your convenience apartment has two panoramic balconies (big and small one) where you can relax and have cold drinks

Spacious apartment in great location

A spacious apartment located in a great location. We had an easy time getting to the sights of Prague. The apartment was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay is great. He met us at check-in, answered any questions we had, and helped us with parking as well. I would certainly stay here again.

Great apartment, great location, great host

This was one of the best rentals I've ever stayed in. We were greeted IN PERSON by the host (that rarely happens anymore), who gave us lots of good tips on how to get around, where to eat, etc. Fridge was stocked with a few welcome drinks, even ice cubes! Beds were comfy, pillows too. Everything we needed for a 3-day stay in Prague.

Perfect stay in Prague

This property was perfect for a family of grandparents, mother and two children. The apartment is very spacious and allowed us to spread out. From the very start German responded immediately to our messages and was there to greet us when wee arrived. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. It was about 5-8 minute walk to the tram and metro stops so ideally located. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Wunderbar und modern eingerichtet, alles nötige vorhandenDie Betten waren sehr sauber und bequem Netflix konnte man umsonst nutzen Metro und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fast vor der HaustürParkhaus direkt gegenüber, parken ist zwar auf der Straße möglich aber meist ist alles besetzt in der Straße alles was man braucht, direkt unter der Wohnung ein tolles Café besonders zu erwähnen sind die kleinen Balkone und die KlimaanlageSehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, kalte Getränke, Kaffee und Süßigkeiten waren im Willkommenspaket enthalten.Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen Perfekte Wohnung für eine 6 köpfige Familie und toller Ausgangspunkt für eine kulturelle Reise nach Prag

Wir waren als Familie ein paar Tage zu Gast in diesem wunderschönen Appartement, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und schonmal mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und top eingerichtet 👍 Außerdem gibt es zwei Cafés direkt neben der Haustür, 2 Supermärkte in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und man und man ist natürlich mittendrin im Augenviertel von Prag. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr ist auch nicht weit entfernt und so ist man superschnell an den den typischen Hotspots. Es war toll, wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder!

Sehr nette Kommunikation. Genial gelegene grosse Wohnung, die Stadt lässt sich sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr gute Betten. Parkplatz in der Nähe, sehr bequem, allerdings eine enge Einfahrt (Seitenspiegel zuklappen). Im Haus und in der Nähe sehr viele kleine Cafes und Restaurants.Wir hatten ein fantastisches langes Wochenende, vielen herzlichen Dank an German und Elena!

Perfect in Prague

Our train arrived very late, but German and his wife were very kind and waited for us and got us situated which we were very thankful for. Our family (4 adults and 1 teen) stayed in German's apartment for 4 lovely days. The apartment was just as advertised and was the perfect space for the 5 of us. It was very up to date and was equipped with all the modern conveniences (loved the wash machine). The one thing I would suggest is a toaster. Location was convenient to all restaurants, grocery stores and a 10 - 15 walk to the train station that will take you everywhere (FYI - seniors 65+ and teens 14 and under ride free on trains, metro and buses). We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you German and Elena!

Wonderful apartment, excellent area - everything we needed and more!

We were so pleased with this property. German was incredibly welcoming and helpful, starting with the check-in process all the way through to the end. The apartment was excellent for our family of four, with plenty of space and everything we needed to be comfortable. We frequented the cafes on the street below every day, and found it very easy to walk or use transportation to get to all our destinations. The buses, metro, and trams were all easily accessible, and we also did not mind walking the short distance to Old Town and other sites. We can not say enough great things about our time in Prague, and we look forward to visiting again soon and will without a doubt look to stay via German and Elena again.

Schöner Familienurlaub!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig (3 min zur U-Bahn oder zur Straßenbahn). In wenigen Minuten erreicht man so viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt - falls man nicht zu Fuß gehen möchte (Wenzelsplatz nur 5 min entfernt!). In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich einige nette, moderne Cafés und Restaurants und für Selbstversorger auch zwei kleine Supermärkte mit langen Öffnungszeiten (Tesco, Albert). Der Check-in verlief wie verabredet und unproblematisch. German war ein sehr sympathischer Vermieter, der uns mit vielen Tipps und guten Ideen zum Besuch der Stadt versorgte. Die Wohnung war sauber und bot sehr viel Platz, auch ausreichend Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt. Toll fanden wir die Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Sommerurlaub in Prag und können die Wohnung (und den Vermieter!) absolut weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenzelsplatz und Altstädter Ring sind schnell zu erreichen. German hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war stets hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne werden wir wiederkommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfect Home Base for Our Adventures!

This Apartment was absolutely perfect. German met us for check in and gave us a Prague guide. He oriented us on the map and gave us recommendations for sightseeing and public transportation. This was very helpful. The apartment was beautiful and clean. He even left us coffee, snacks and stocked the fridge with cold drinks! The location is a 3 minute walk to the tram or 5 minutes to the subway. It is also walking distance to the National Museum and other popular sights. It is also located in a great location for many local restaurants. The 6 of us would tour all over Prague during the day and go back to the neighborhood in the evening for dinner to escape the huge tourist crowds. It was an amazing stay! If I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would! Thanks, German and Elena!

Excellent facilities, location, and access to public transport.

We are very fussy concerning holiday accommodation and this one ticked ALL the boxes. The apartment is large, modern, clean and well equipped throughout. The local area has several possibilities for eating out and for purchasing groceries for cooking in. It is possible to walk into the centre but within a 5 minutes walk you can catch a tram or underground train. Prague has much to offer and we will certainly be back in the future. German, the apartment owner, is most helpful and provided us with two excellent guides to Prague. We recommend this apartment without hesitation and look forward to returning one day.
