A downstairs king bedroom is just steps from a full bath. Enjoy an open living area, full kitchen, and direct beach accessâperfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.
Welcome to the North Unit at BlueView Paradise, a spacious oceanfront retreat located in laid-back Melbourne Beach. This two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome offers direct beach access, stunning views of the Atlantic, and all the comforts of homeâperfect for families or friends looking to relax, recharge, and reconnect by the sea.
Main Floor:
-Open-concept living and dining area with unobstructed ocean views
-Fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and cooking essentials
-Comfortable seating area with a smart TV
-King bedroom just steps from a full hallway bathroom with walk-in shower
Upstairs Bedrooms:
-Primary suite with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, smart TV, and access to a private oceanfront deck
-Second bedroom with a queen bed, two nightstands, smart TV, closet, ceiling fan, and a private en-suite bathroom
Outdoor Features:
-Direct access to the beach via a shared walkway
-Shared oceanfront deck and backyard space
-Two sun loungers designated for the North Unit
-Access to shared outdoor games including cornhole and giant Connect Four
-Use of picnic benches and barbecue grills shared with the other two units
Whether you're sipping coffee on the upper deck, grilling with friends, or heading out to catch a rocket launch or a wave, the North Unit offers the ideal backdrop for your next Space Coast escape.
Guests have private access to the entire North Unit, including both interior floors and all indoor amenities. You'll also have direct access to the beach from the rear of the property.
Shared spaces include:
-The oceanfront deck and back patio area
-Two picnic benches
-Three barbecue grills
-Giant connect-four and cornhole games
-Outdoor seating areas:
-Two sun loungers reserved for the Central Unit
Parking:
Up to two parking spaces are available on-site for Central Unit guests.
Check-in:
Enjoy easy self-check-in with a personalized keypad code, which will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in and check-out times are included in your reservation details. Early and late check out options maybe available for an additional cost.
Early Check-In Rates:
1-3HR - $50
4+HR - $100
Late Check-Out Rates:
12PM - $50
2PM - $100
You'll have full privacy inside the unit and shared use of all common outdoor spaces, with local support available should you need assistance during your stay.
We give our guests space to enjoy a private and relaxing stay, but weâre always available if you need us. Youâll have self check-in and everything you need for a smooth arrival, but should any questions or issues arise, our local team is just a message or call away. Whether itâs a recommendation, a quick fix, or just a friendly hello, weâre happy to help make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
This unit is part of a 3-unit oceanfront property. While each unit is private inside, some outdoor areasâincluding the oceanfront deck, backyard, picnic benches, and grillsâare shared with other guests.
Each unit has 2 dedicated sun loungers; please be respectful of shared outdoor furniture and games.
We offer early check-in and late check-out options when available, for an additional fee. Please inquire ahead of time if interested.
We ask guests to help protect our coastal environment by:
Keeping doors closed to minimize salt air damage
Avoiding any climbing or walking on the dunes, which are protected and vital for beach preservation
Following sea turtle nesting guidelines from March to October (lights off, fill holes, no obstacles left overnight)
A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags) is provided to get you through the first couple of days. After that, there is a Publix nearby that provides everything you could possibly need.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. to respect all guests and neighbors.
This is a non-smoking property, including patios and decks. There is a $250 smoking fee if caught. Please be respectful.
