3-bedroom house in charming Kannapolis with AC

Great Guest. There were no problems and they left the place looking like they were never there. Very clean and respectful. Easy clean up. Everything still there. Please come again and Thank You.

This guest was very rude and looking for a way to cancel their booking. They arrived two hours early and proceeded to let themselves into the house. Cleaning lady had gone to the store and was not finished. While she was there in the house open, they proceeded to take pictures of a shed in the back and a lean to that had items under it. I explained to the Guest that they were renting the house and the yard. Not the sheds in the back. They complained about windows being open, and they were not. All windows were closed and locked.They complained about the smell of the house, which was not there. This renter. was trying to cancel at the last minute because they had found other accommodations. I even offered to meet the guest at the house at check-in to witness together any issues. They refused to meet. This was a renter looking to cause problems and slander our good name. We would never rent to them again. Vrbo has a policy and we stand by it.
