This condo is located on the 2nd floor of a restored 1891 building in the heart of Savannah's downtown Historic District. You'll find original features such as exposed brick walls, beautifully restored hardwood floors, and an unbeatable location that is steps away from high end shopping, Savannah's food scene and lively nightlife!



Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stainless steel appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the kitchen island, or gather around the dining table for a leisurely meal. There is a Keurig coffee pot and K-Cups provided. We stock a drip coffee pot as well, if you prefer to brew your own coffee grounds.



The bedroom offers a queen size bed, fresh linens and lots of closet storage. The bathroom is appointed with modern fixtures and stocked with plenty of towels and starter toiletries. All bedding is provided for your use. A washer and dryer are available for your use inside of the condo.



The living area is a comfortable oasis where you can relax after a day of exploring. Sink into the sofa, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply unwind with a good book. Board games and a record player are provided for extra fun!

Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire private condo for the duration of their stay.



Upon arrival, you'll enter through the secure main entrance of the condominium building before taking the elevator to your floor. From there, it's just a short walk down the interior hallway to your private condo entrance.



Inside, you'll have everything you need to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, comfortable bedrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer located inside the condo for your convenience. The entire condo is yours to enjoy—there are no shared interior spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Savannah's Historic District, you'll be staying right on iconic Broughton Street—one of the city's premier destinations for shopping, dining, and exploring. Step outside to discover local boutiques, coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, rooftop bars, and lively nightlife, all just moments from your front door. River Street and the vibrant Plant Riverside District are just a short 5-minute walk away, making it easy to experience the very best of Savannah without ever needing a car.



Getting Around:

One of the best parts of staying here is how walkable everything is. Most of Savannah's top attractions, historic squares, restaurants, museums, and shopping are within easy walking distance.



If you're bringing a vehicle, metered street parking is available throughout downtown using the ParkSavannah app, which allows you to pay for parking, receive expiration reminders, and extend your time right from your phone. The City of Savannah also offers convenient visitor parking passes for longer stays.



For covered parking, we recommend the Robinson Parking Garage, located just a block away at 132 Montgomery Street. Daily and weekend rates are available, and it's an easy walk back to the condo. Ride shares, public transit, and Savannah's popular trolley tours are also excellent ways to explore the city.Savannah also offers the free DOT Shuttle, an easy way to explore the Historic District without moving your car. The shuttle makes frequent stops throughout downtown, including near River Street, Broughton Street, City Market, and Forsyth Park, making it a convenient option for sightseeing and getting around the city.



Other Things to Note:

Because the condo is located in the center of downtown, you'll experience the energy that makes Savannah so special. Restaurants, bars, and nightlife are just outside your door, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings, so some city noise should be expected. For your comfort, we've provided a sound machine to help ensure a restful night's sleep.
