Our newly renovated `Modern Cottage with Loft` at Inn The Orchard offers the perfect retreat for nature lovers and those looking to unwind. Surrounded by the beauty of the orchard, this charming cottage provides a peaceful escape from city life while being just 20 minutes from Niagara Falls and close to some of the best wineries in the region.

Living Area:

The living area is designed to provide a bright, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful sliding patio doors that open to stunning views of the cherry tree orchard right outside your doorstep. Enjoy the cozy ambiance of a glass gas fireplace, relax on the loveseat sofa, and stay connected with complimentary WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Chromecast, and more.

Upstairs Loft Area:

The upstairs loft features a comfortable king-sized bed and a 3-piece ensuite bathroom. A dedicated workspace provides a quiet place to get some work done, with plenty of natural light and a peaceful view.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:

Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge with freezer, full stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and water boiler. All essential cooking items are provided, including pots, pans, baking sheets, oil, salt, pepper, and more. Tap water is sourced directly from the property’s well and is safe to drink. Meals can be enjoyed at the 3-chair kitchen table or outside on the patio, which also serves as a great workspace for guests needing to get some work done.

Outdoor Space:

The outdoor patio is a perfect place to unwind. Relax with comfortable outdoor seating, a firepit (wood is available on-site $10 per bag), and a double hammock. The all-season private cedar hot tub is the perfect spot to soak while taking in the beautiful views of the orchard. You’ll also have access to your outdoor BBQ for a perfect al fresco meal. This outdoor space is dedicated to you and your guest, offering complete privacy, surrounded by nature.

The cottage is facing acreas of orchards on one side and overlooking one of Niagara Region’s many small creeks that feed into Lake Ontario on the other. Situated on a working farm with parking within a short stroll to the cottage.

If you`re looking to unwind in nature or enjoy some wine tastings at the nearby wineries this place has it all. With 8 wineries within a 7-minute drive, the closest being only 2-minutes away.

Whether exploring by foot, bicycle, or vehicle, you’ll find local produce stands, beautiful orchards, and vineyards, as well as views of Lake Ontario, all in the picturesque Niagara region.
We recommend a rental car when exploring the Niagara region in order to have full flexibility.

Inn The Orchard is a working farm

In accordance with provincial legislation, the Corporation of the Town of Lincoln has approved the adoption of a mandatory Municipal Accommodation Tax.
The revenues from this tax will be reinvested in tourism projects and initiatives that support tourism in the Niagara Benchlands through enhanced promotion and improved tourism-related infrastructure.

Effective July 1, 2024, this establishment is required to charge the Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4% night rate for your stay.
