Guest booking must be at least 30 years of age (does not apply to families). Proof of age must be provided after booking.



***During Hotter Months, extreme amounts of seaweed mixed with debris from the ocean will accumulate on our beach and beyond, (Please contact us if needed to get up the moment seaweed condition)

*Pool temperature controlled remotely to avoid tampering and damage to our system.



*We strongly suggest using water shoes in the beach while in the water.



*During Hotter Months, Extreme amounts of Seaweed will accumulate on our beach*

(Daily seaweed beach raking available upon guest request)



*Doors and windows to remain closed at all times (Mosquitos, No see ums and other types of bugs will enter the house if doors and windows are not kept closed. In addition, the AC system will turn off and could cause mold to the house with time



*Upon check in, a refundable damage deposit will be collected*
