The space:

This house was designed to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with the essentials. The view of the reservoir, the fresh air and the wide spaces make everything flow calmly. It's a place where conversations linger on the terrace, where children play without screens, and where groups find that perfect meeting point between rest and connection.

During your stay, you can enjoy:

Common areas of the house, such as dining room, kitchen, living room, balconies and shared bathrooms, ideal for sharing moments in a group.

Children's play area, perfect for the little ones.

Jacuzzi, available at an additional cost per day, with prior reservation to allow adequate heating. Its use is enabled between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Free parking inside the property, with comfortable space for your vehicles.

Out of respect for the place and its operation, please note:

It is not allowed to pick fruit from the trees or enter restricted areas, such as the backyard, the laundry area or the altar of the Virgin.

The wooden Eco-cabin is not available for guests, as it is used as a storage room.

If your group is 16 people or less, you will not have access to the Mirador mini-cabin, as it may be used by our support or management team.

Important information – Legal rules and conditions of stay

1. Mandatory guest registration:
Before check-in, it is a legal requirement to send the full names, identity documents and information that will be requested from all guests. This complies with Law 679 of 2001, Decree 384 of 2020, and the regulation of tourist accommodations in Colombia. In addition, this information is required to activate the protection insurance included with your reservation. Without this registration, we won't be able to allow entry.

2. Coexistence and responsible use of the space policy:

It is strictly forbidden to hold electronic parties or events with loud music. This is a space for rest, nature and tranquility. You can share with your group, listen to music at a moderate volume and enjoy responsibly.

The use, possession, or distribution of hallucinogenic or psychoactive substances is not permitted, in accordance with the provisions of the Colombian Penal Code (Law 599 of 2000, articles 375 to 384).

No pets allowed, except those that must enter by legal provision (assistance animals). They will always be welcome, with prior notice and corresponding documentation.

Minors are not allowed to enter without their parents or legal guardians, who must prove this relationship with documents. We strongly support Law 679 of 2001 against child exploitation, pornography and sex tourism.
