The space
All of our units embody more space, less contact, and modern design. While our room offerings are based on the design seen in the photos above, please note that each of our units has its individualized elements of design and decorative features.
Our spacious two-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to six guests with a queen-size bed and a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. You'll also have two modern bathrooms, both of which feature rain shower heads. Youâll adore your breathtaking kitchen thatâs decked out with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig machine, and more! After a long day exploring the city, unwind in front of your flatscreen TV with Roku and unlimited wifi. Better yet, take in the sights of downtown on your own private balcony.
To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.

We wish to formally inform you that, in accordance with the buildingâs operational policies and scheduled seasonal maintenance, the pool facility will be closed and inaccessible from September 7, 2025, through May 25, 2026.
This routine, annual closure is necessary to ensure the ongoing safety, upkeep, and proper maintenance of the facility during the colder months. It also allows management to preserve the high standards of hygiene and functionality expected by all residents and guests.
We recognize that the pool is a valued amenity, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause during your stay. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Guest access
In keeping with our strong commitment to the safety and security of all guests, we have implemented a comprehensive screening process prior to each booking. This includes strict ID verification, a selfie submission, and the signing of a rental agreement.
Additionally, per building policy, guests residing within a 50-mile radius are required to book a minimum stay of two nights. Bookings that do not meet this requirement will be declined.
Guests of Curtwood may access all that this eco-conscious building has to offer including the Sky Club (community lounge, kitchen, and gaming), Sky Park (rooftop pool and sundeck) level, 24/7 fitness & wellness center (cardio machines, free weights, and more), lobby lounge with library; plus a conference room, business center and two private event spaces with movie screens.

Early Check is $25 an hour and late check out is $25 hour (YOU MUST REQUEST THIS AND PAY UPFRONT.) If you checkout past 10AM without letting us know we will charge $50 an hour.
