This private villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 attached bathrooms, a private pool, a lush natural garden, and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces designed to make you feel at home—whether you’re here to unwind, celebrate, or simply get away.
The space
Indoor Spaces
Step inside, and you’ll find simplicity blended with functionality across every corner of this home.

Bedrooms
We have four cozy bedrooms that can accommodate up to 15 guests in total. Three rooms feature queen-sized beds, while one room offers two double beds combined together for extra comfort. Each room has attached bathrooms, AC units, ceiling fans, and lovely garden views. For added comfort, we’ve stocked every room with extra blankets and pillows.

Bathrooms
All four bathrooms come with essential fittings, geysers for hot water, jet sprays, common-use dispensers for toiletries, and proper ventilation with exhaust fans. You’ll also find fresh towels and showers in each bathroom—simple and convenient.

Living Room
The living space on the ground floor is airy and inviting, with a sofa setup and a center table for relaxed conversations. Enjoy the occasional board game or chess match indoors. You’ll also find a TV here and a Bluetooth speaker for light background music.
Head upstairs, and you’ll discover a second, separate living area—ideal for guests who want a bit more privacy or a quiet retreat. Whether it’s to unwind with music on the Bluetooth speaker or play a board game in peace, this additional space gives everyone room to spread out and enjoy their stay their way.

Dining Area
Set just beside the kitchen and the living area, the dining space is intimate, with seating for 4. Perfect for cozy meals and late-night chats over snacks.

Kitchen
Love to cook or just prefer your morning tea your way? The open-layout kitchen is well-equipped with essentials: a refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop, cookware, crockery, cutlery, and an exhaust fan. Guests are welcome to cook and even bring in outside food from local restaurants. Just bring your own groceries and cook up a feast.

Outdoor Spaces
Our private outdoor pool, accessible till 11 PM, is the jewel of this property. With soft lighting, and a separate kids’ section, it’s a great space for daytime lounging or a refreshing evening dip. The pool is cleaned regularly and maintained with a filtration system.
Wander into the natural garden area, fenced and lit, where children can safely play in the designated play area.

House Rules
• Check-in: After 12:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Security Deposit: 20% of the total booking amount (payable before check-in)
• Smoking Restrictions: Smoking inside rooms and pool areas is prohibited. A fine of INR 2,000 will be imposed for violations.
• Alcohol Consumption Regulations: Alcohol consumption must comply with the Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act. A valid permit is required, and guests must obtain the permit from the local excise department and adhere to Telangana State Excise Act and Prohibition Act and State Laws.
• Quiet Hours: After 10 PM
• Swimming Pool: Accessible until 11 PM
• Cooking & Food: Full cooking access provided; non-veg food allowed
• Pet Policy: We’re a pet-friendly home!
• Unmarried Couples & Groups: Welcomed, including stag groups



Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Enjoyment
-No Lifeguard On Duty: Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, even while using the kids pool (2 ft).
-Take shower and rinse foot Before Entering: Please rinse off sand/dirt before entering the pool.
-No Glass Near the Pool: Use plastic cups only. Broken glass is hazardous and will incur a cleaning fee.
-No Diving or Rough Play: The pool is 5 ft deep—jumping or diving is not permitted for safety reasons.
-No Food in the Pool: Enjoy snacks at the garden seating area instead.
-Alcohol & Swimming: Drink responsibly—excessive alcohol and swimming don’t mix.
-Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, call the caretaker immediately
