Guests will have full access to the home, including the garage, balcony, patio, and private 6-person hot tub. Enter through the garage keypad near the opener. The U-shaped driveway is for loading/unloading only—please park in the designated garage bay or driveway directly in front.

Breckenridge’s historic downtown is just a 10-minute drive, offering restaurants, shopping, and year-round activities. In winter, you’re close to world-class skiing; in summer, explore nearby trails and alpine lakes.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for this property. While there's no public transit in Blue River, it’s a quick drive to Breckenridge where free shuttle routes cover the town and ski base areas. 4WD is advised in winter.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
