Welcome the day under the rain shower in a bathroom of fine white Italian marble. Like the kitchen, countertops are topped with granite and quartz. Illuminating the interior and showing off the original hardwood floors are 5 sparkling chandeliers.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need during your visit. Coffee maker, blender and toaster are all easily accessible.

We will be available by phone, email, or in-person if needed.

The property is set in a beautiful and diverse neighborhood located across the street from the Utah State Capital building. Delicious coffee is available in a cafe under a block away, while downtown Salt Lake is less than a 5-minute walk.

Many of our guests enjoy walking or taking Uber or Lyft. There is one on-site parking spot if needed, please let us know in advance if you need a spot.

Great location and nicely renovated duplex. Parking spot in the back and easy to find street parking for a second car. Easily walkable to the capitol and down to City Center/Temple Square. Owners have put much thought and care into decorating and providing fully stocked kitchen/bathrooms (I LOVE having pump soap in each bathroom). It was super hot while we were there but the house was nice and cool. One issue (not with the house) we had and owners were all over it. Great location to get anywhere in the SLC area. We were dropping our daughter off at the U and loved how we could get to her in 10 min or so or up North to shop.Great restaurants nearby that are easy to drive or walk to and a great walking trail just east of the house/capitol.Would love to return!

The house was just as described on the website and the pictures were accurate. It's in a great location - walking distance to the Capital building and lots of great restaurants. Hosts were welcoming and kind. We had a great stay here!

Ladies weekend getaway

This was a perfect place for our long weekend getaway. We were 4 women of a certain age and this home gave us the perfect combination of personal space and common area. Everything was just as advertised.

Super Capital Hill location

Perfect for our family group of six adults. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, nice common area. Back entrance meant no problem parking. Two cars in our group but no problem finding parking for second vehicle. Convenient to downtown, the Avenues and City Creek Canyon Park.

Superb property in the Capital Hill District

This was a great property, and really enhanced the stay for our group. The host provided great information and communications were easy. The house was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and well appointed for all of our needs during the stay. With four of us, we each had our own rooms and had no troubles sharing the several large bathrooms. There were plenty of high quality towels, pillows, and bedding. We made extensive use of the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more to cook all of our meals. The location is excellent. We had a minivan for the first 3 days, parking was easy, right at the back entrance. The remaining 4 days were a breeze, easy walking distance downtown as well as easy access to SLCs fabulous public transit system. All in all, 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!

Gorgeous, comfortable, spotless... could not have asked for a better home for our family! Beautiful decor, super comfy beds and bedding, thoughtfully appointed... we honestly had everything we needed and more.
