Peaks Playground, a 1BR condo just 1/2 mile from Killington Resort! Features a king bed, queen Murphy bed, gas fireplace, full kitchen, dining area, and private patio. In summer, enjoy the outdoor pool, or near by golf course; in winter, take the weekend ski shuttle and ski back close to the condo. Ground-level unitâstairs required to enter. A perfect year-round getaway near the slopes and mountain activities!

Located just 1/2 mile from Killington Resort and steps from the Killington Golf Course, Peaks Playground is the perfect home base for every season. Whether you`re here to hit the slopes, tee off, or unwind in the mountain air, this cozy 1-bedroom condo has everything you need.
The bedroom features a plush king bed, while the open living area includes a comfortable queen Murphy bedâideal for families or small groups. The space is warm and inviting, with a gas fireplace, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with all the essentials to cook and dine in.
Step outside to your private patio, or explore the propertyâs shared amenities: a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis court, small playground, and a communal charcoal grill areaâperfect for summer cookouts.
In winter, take the convenient weekend shuttle to Killington Resort, and ski back close to the condo after a full day on the mountain (not ski-in directly).
While the unit is on the ground level, please note that stairs are required to access the entrance.
Whether you`re here to explore the Green Mountains or simply relax, Peaks Playground is your perfect getaway in Killington.
Guests have access to:
Free parking, shared laundry room in common area of the condo. In Summer only: Tennis court and outdoor pool, Outdoor BBQ, picnic table and kids play area. Ski Home Trail is subject to the snow conditions and you can check if the trail is open by using the Killington Resort App and looking for the Whiffletree Ski Home Trail. The shuttle runs on weekends and holidays in the winter only. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day and is open from 8am to 8pm.
Shared laundry room available in the common area of the condo building.
