Ce qui est incroyable à propos de cette maison est l'emplacement et les magnifiques vues sur l'océan et le grand jardin arrière et les ponts. La terrasse sur le toit offre une vue à 365 degrés sur l'océan et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Il serait difficile de trouver une maison comme celle-ci n'importe où. C'est tellement proche de tout. Depuis cette maison a 3 cuisines et trois espaces de vie distincts qui sont tous connectés, il est superbe pour les mariages, réunions, etc. Il se trouve en face de Easton Beach à Newport et offre des vues à 360 degrés sur l'océan et la promenade de Newport.

Loved staying at Heidi’s place. We had a big group of friends and had more than enough room. Would definitely stay here again!

College Friends' Reunion

We enjoyed our stay at Easton's Beach. Our large group of 16 was comfortable and having more than one kitchen was really helpful. The house was sunny and bright, decorated in a fun, beachy theme. The location was terrific - close enough to walk into Newport to do the Cliff Walk and Bellevue Ave. We visited at the end of the shoulder season, so we were lucky to get to Flo's Crab Shack - a short walk from the house - on its last open weekend. The owner was very helpful and gracious with questions we had after our stay, including how to get some luggage that was left behind. A great spot for a large group!

Great stay at the Beach House

We had a party of 20 people in town for a week. The house held us all without a problem. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat! The house was stocked with all of the necessities and we were all happy with the stay (from the youngest at 5 to the oldest at 74)!

Great place to stay

Middletown/Newport is a great place to visit... and this house made it even better... large and accommodating but comfortable And cozy at the same time. It was clean, and it had all the amenities we could hope for. The owners even left us soap for the outside shower, and little things like supplying wood for the fire pit made the stay simple and enjoyable. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend

Great space for a large group

We had 15 people ages 10-50. The teens could walk to the beach and amenities. Adults had roof deck and porches to relax. Lots of space for everyone. Very clean.

Great spot

We had a group of friends getting together for a weekend and this house was exactly what we were looking for. Three floors that had bed rooms, kitchens and TVs on each floor. Plenty to eat/drink within walking distance and Thames St. is a 5-10 min Uber ride away. Atlantic Grill was a solid breakfast spot. Tickets and Aquidneck Pizza are right across the street if you need a quick bite to eat or drink. And getting to downtown Newport is so easy. We had so much fun and didn't even care that it rained all weekend! Great host who was very communicative.

reunion trip

We found this house for a reunion and remembrance of a friend we lost. We had spent 6 years in Newport together and loved the area. We wanted a house where we could hang out, all get a bed, all enjoy the views, all have bathroom and washer and dryer. We found it!!! I highly recommend this house for a large group. Great back yard for cookouts, beach is right there, the views are great, walkable downtown and near great places to eat and drink.

Perfect location, great size for large group

Our daughter's wedding reception was at the Newport Beach House. This property was the perfect location for our family to stay. The layout is great -- essentially three apartments, each with a full kitchen and living area. The lower unit was great for the older people in our group, as it has a side entrance so they didn't have to deal with the stairs. Once you're inside, you have full access to all the levels. Plenty of bathrooms and space to hang out. Heidi was a very responsive host. Highly recommend.

Lovely Beach House!

We had an amazing stay! We loved how each floor had its own kitchen, washer/dryer, living area. The backyard was perfect for having dinner with the entire family. The walk to the beach is very quick so it was easy to bring the kids back and forth (and ALL the things kids need hah). It was a really lovely home and we had the best time making memories together :) The owners are very nice and communicative. They definitely want to make sure the house meets everyone's needs. It was perfect and we couldn't be more happier with our choice for a week at the beach. Thank you!

Perfect for a family reunion

We chose this large house for my parents’ 60th anniversary. It had everything we needed and more! The backyard was well-equipped with seating for everyone. We enjoyed the firepit. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchens had all of the equipment we needed. The house is near the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed Tickets and the Atlantic House for breakfast, YaYa’s for lunch and Diego’s for dinner. Clementine’s has awesome ice cream. We went sailing out of Ft. Adams, toured the mansions, played golf, and shopped on Bellevue. The anniversary dinner was at Sardella’s- so good! The owner is so friendly and helpful. We’ve been using VRBO for twenty years and this house was the best for us. We will definitely return.

Weird

We reached out to Heidi multiple times for issues throughout our trip and received complete silence. What was even stranger was she removed/hid the listing during the week of our stay after we paid so the whole time we were there we were worried there was something wrong with the listing or someone was going to show up mid stay and tell us to leave. Honestly we were worried something happened to her! We also had a package delivered to the home and it said it was delivered but we couldn’t find it anywhere; again we reached out to Heidi with no response…we happened to find it the next day… in one of the bedroom closets. Really strange and concerning. Otherwise house was great just really suspicious issues.

Terrible experience

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this property. My husband and I and our big family decided to rent this property for a week for my niece's weeding. When we got there on the July 1st, we walked into the property and it was a mess. It had not been cleaned from the previous guest's using it. I called the owner and she was initially very apologetic, saying something like this had never happened. She also told us she would be giving us a $2000 credit for our trouble (I've attempted to contact her three times, no credit) I told her that was gracious of her and that I appreciated her gesture. Since the cleaning crew was coming from Massachusetts and we were in Rhode Island, it took 1 1/2 hours for them to get there and then over 2 hours to clean the place. Once we got in, we noticed that there were very amateurish patch jobs done on the ceiling in many places, hardware from cabinets were missing and an appliance or two was out of order. In addition, the only AC was in the kitchen on each level of the house. Although this cooled the kitchen and the living rooms, it did little for the bedrooms. The second night we went and bought several oscillating fans and just left them there when we checked out. Finally, every room was advertised as having a queen bed. However, there were two beds, including the one my husband and I slept on, that were twin beds. This is what we slept on for a week. In addition, the mattress were very old. Our backs have not recovered.

Awesome time!

We stayed at this property to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary! We had a wonderful time! The house worked out really well for our group that was ages six months to 82 years old! The location is a little busy but great access to so many restaurants and the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will never forget this special celebration!! Thank you!!

Family Reunion

The Beach House was a great choice for our large family gathering. Having three separate apartments was perfect for different age groups to gather and for preparing meals. The backyard was bigger than expected and we were able to set up a 4-square volleyball net. The neighborhood was busier and more congested than I anticipated but we appreciated the proximity to Easton’s Beach. A great time was had by all and I received “high 5’s” for a perfect choice. Thanks, Heidi, for your prompt responses and the lovely welcome gift of flowers and wine.

wedding weekend

Our son was married in Newport on Saturday and our large family stayed at the beach house from Wednesday to Wednesday. Perfect place to get ready and then to relax after the wedding festivities! Close to restaurants and liquor store. One block from the beach. Plenty of parking. Outdoor shower, sand toys, and beach towels a plus. And the backyard fire pit and rooftop deck were added treats. We may go back for their one year anniversary!

Perfect Spot for a Girls Weekend

We stayed here with 15 girls and this was the perfect spot for this. There was no shortage of bathrooms or space and it was in a perfect location. Heidi was great and even called to check in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. We LOVED our time there and all the girls raves about how great the house was!

perfect house for our group

This house was perfect for our group of 7. Everyone had their own room and there were plenty of bathrooms as well. The location was perfect, close to Thames St but also had restaurants and beach within walking distance. Cliff walk was right down the street. Very convenient to everything.
