Profitez de toute la beauté et de l'excitation que les Adirondacks en hiver ont à offrir tout en restant dans votre propre cabane confortable en bois rond. Faites griller à l'extérieur sur votre barbecue au charbon de bois, faites des s'mores dans le foyer en pierre, faites une promenade rafraîchissante de trois miles à travers le pittoresque hameau de Wells et autour du lac Algonquin ou détendez-vous avec un bon livre dans votre cabine chaleureuse et confortable.

Récemment construit avec tous les nouveaux appareils et meubles. Une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche et laveuse / sécheuse. Cuisine moderne entièrement meublée avec cuisinière électrique en acier inoxydable, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur. Salon avec TV écran plat 32 pouces avec lecteur DVD intégré, Dish Network, WiFi et meublé avec des meubles uniques de style Adirondack.

Situé au cœur du sud des Adirondacks, Ruby Hill se trouve à 15 minutes du domaine skiable d'Oak Mountain, à 30 minutes du mont Gore et à 20 minutes du domaine de ski de fond du lac Laponie. Il existe également de nombreux sentiers à proximité pour la raquette, la randonnée et le ski de fond.

Si la motoneige est votre truc, vous pouvez décharger votre traîneau dans votre cabine, emprunter notre sentier privé sur un quart de mile et vous connecter avec les centaines de miles du New York State Trail System. Vous n'avez jamais à le recharger sur la remorque jusqu'à la fin de votre séjour.

Cabin was perfect

We found this perfect cabin for a winter trip to Gore Mountain. found this cute, clean and conveniently located on our way to Gore Mountain for a fun wintery weekend getaway. Cleanest Cabin I have been in!

I’d call it Awsome

This cabin is wonderful in every way. I will definitely return. We stayed in February for a winter snowmobile and snowshoe hiking vacation. I’m coming back for a summer vacation too. The lake is right across the street! The proprietor is a friendly gentleman and provides a great experience.

Wonderful Wells Getaway

Highly recommend this cabin. The cleanliness and decor were beyond expectation and location was fabulous. There is a second rental cabin which is visible about 80 yards away but this did not hamper our stay. Hosts were good to work worth but also gave us our privacy. We were also happy to have access to the canoes and kayaks as well as the bonfire pits. Would stay again.

Perfect cabin in a beautiful setting

The cabin was clean and cozy. I loved the screened in front porch with the view of the mountains. Everyone loved the kayaks and the closeness to the beach. And the hosts were great, making our check in and out so simple. We had a perfect vacation.

Anniversary

We went there for our anniversary. It was very peaceful. Cabin was beautiful and clean. The area is nice and quiet. Hosts are very pleasant. I only wish I could see more of the lake. We do intend on staying there again.

Relaxing get away.

Nice and clean cabin. Owners were great! There is two cabins and they are kind of close but the people staying next to us were quiet and respectful. Easy walk to the lake. The steps are steep to get to the kayaks but doable. We would definitely do it again.

Fabulous getaway!

We really enjoyed this peaceful gem in the woods, and we are looking forward to booking another stay in the future. Everything was wonderful...the stocked kitchen, the lovely front screened-in porch, the firepit surrounded by the beautiful woods, the kayaks we had access to, along with the public sandy beach. Cabin trip

It was a great stay! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this cabin. It was exactly how it is listed online. It was awesome that they had kayaks and a canoe available to us. Very appreciated. This is an awesome place to fish. In the lake and also in the river. It was very relaxing and such a beautiful cabin to stay in. Will definitely be back.

3 years running!

Love and look forward to our stay at Ruby Hill Cabins every year. Love the proximity to fishing for my nephew. The availability of kayaks and canoes. Only 2 cabins there and you feel very snug and secluded in the woods even though you are so close to everything. Gerry & Susan are very responsive to messages and needs while you are there. We will be back next year!

Relaxation at its Best

This was the second time that me and my husband stayed here and we absolutely love it!! The cabins are perfect and it is quiet and peaceful. A great place to relax and destress.

First family vacation

A great getaway

This cabin is perfect for a laid back getaway. Great hiking, swimming, and fishing. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. The property is good for grilling, cornhole and relaxing by the fire pit. It was our second stay at this cabin. It was perfect both times.

Relaxing & refreshing

All was like advertized: quite luxurious cozy cabin in the woods for an attractive rate. Elaborated details in interior design, well equipped kitchen and restroom, screened porch. Very nice and helpful owners, felt very welcome. Perfectly located in Wells NY, great for hiking. Will come back one day, can only recommend it.

Overall - a wonderful stay! The cabin was darling and well equipped.

The only thing we found less than desirable was the mattress in the downstairs - very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the property and setting were just perfect!

Beautiful Location!

We had a lovely stay at Ruby Hill Cabins. Gerry and Susan were responsive and had helpful advice about the area. The cabin itself was very cute and perfect for our family (with two children). We loved that the rental included use of a canoe and kayaks and a wonderful fire pit with Adirondack chairs (naturally) . The location was perfect: walking distance from the beach, close to the dock. There were also quite a few nice hiking trails within a short driving distance. We would absolutely recommend this rental and hope to return.

Beautiful cabin & location

We felt really comfortable in this beautiful cabin. The owners were very sweet and welcoming. We enjoyed the town beach & spent lots of time at the dock with the kayaks and canoe. The view is gorgeous and the water is warm! We loved grilling and having fires every night. Just a heads up- there is a second cabin ~30 ft away from this one that you share the kayaks/dock with. It wasn’t quite as peaceful one night as the children were a bit loud. Nonetheless we still give this a 5 star stay & hope to be back soon!
