Cette villa offre INTERNET SANS FIL, une chambre séparée avec un lit queen size, une cuisine complète, salon et salle à manger sont combinées. Literie supplémentaire pour cette unité comprend un canapé-lit queen dans le salon et aussi deux lits superposés dans le couloir entre la chambre et le salon qui sont idéales pour les petits enfants. Il y a un balcon situé sur le salon qui offre une belle vue latérale de l'océan sur la droite. Vous trouverez Ocean Dunes situé à l'extrémité sud de l'île, le long de South Forest Beach Drive, à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes est une propriété en bord de mer qui est située à environ 70 mètres de l'océan. Chaque unité dans Ocean Dunes a un service Internet sans fil et l'accès à la "nouvelle" piscine en bord de mer et aire de pique-nique. Les installations incluraient un accès gratuit au club des joueurs pour l'utilisation de la piscine intérieure chauffée et du centre de fitness. Updated condo in good location

Nicely updated condo with ocean view and view of adjoining Hilton courtyard. Easy walk to coffee shop, restaurants, and shops.

Very relaxing

Even though it wasn’t Ocean front it was the next best thing to it. Very comfortable, clean, close to shops and restaurants

HHI Vacay Stay

Beautiful location and view! The rental unit was as advertised, just an older unit that's beginning to show its age and some wear within the unit. I'm an architect, so I may be a bit more critical about the unit. A good, solid place to stay but would upgrade on our next trip. Thanks

Great location

The rental is situated in a great spot! Easy walk to the beach. The property itself is nice, however could use some updates. Especially the bathroom! Around the shower, the rods looked as if they were going to go through the drywall. The shower curtain itself was dirty. The range had a bottom drawer was broken and the right looked as it sat on the floor.. The grilling area on the property could be updated as well. This was the first time in 23 years my spouse and I went to HH without our family so the space was plenty for just the two of us. The balcony had a great view of the ocean! Everyone we encountered at the property was friendly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely space except for two things. 1) there is nothing left to inform guests of how the tv works . In other words, nothing to tell guests how to get the tv on their cable stations, or what numbers the major network channels are. 2) no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything like wet swim suits, wet wash cloths . Oh, and it would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere.

Late September in Hilton Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love dealing with the Vacation Time folks! Wonderful company! The location of the property was perfect with easy access to the beach. The unit itself was just okay. There was no vacuum which didn't help with the sand on the floor or the porch rug. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. The WIFI kept going out and we constantly had to reboot it, a major inconvenience. Overall it needs some updating. The bathroom was clean except the door.Will definitely use Vacation Time again (our second time so far) but will pick a different unit to stay in.

First trip to Hilton Head

The access to the beach was fabulous and it was a relatively short walk to restaurants and shops. Check in was a breeze. The attendant was lovely.The towels and sheets were clean and soft. Overall the place is good, needs a little updating in the bathrooms, a new paint job and vacuuming the outdoor attached patio would make this rental a 5 star place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best weather ever, condo is old and needs some updating and needs a cleaning crew that actually cleans. Don't look under the bed. Our kids had a very nice unit. Our owner is evidently just collecting money. Would not recommend this unit.

Great Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was 10 days. The good things were very good but.... It’s a fourth floor unit so the elevator was essential. The location is wonderful. Though not an oceanfront unit the view from the balcony was good. The dishes, glassware, and silverware appeared new. But the pots and pans are few and beat up. Bring trash bags (there is only the one in the trash can), toilet paper (only 2 rolls supplied), and Kleenex (1 extra small box supplied). The mattress was very comfortable. Overall the unit was clean upon arrival but there were a few problems. The comforter on the bed was filthy, stained. We immediately took it off the bed. There were no blankets supplied. The couch and the dining chairs were stained badly. I covered them with towels. The hair dryer was broken, cracked and appeared to be a safety hazard. I called the property manager about that and another issue, was told the hair dryer would be replaced but it never was. The pool area is nice. We were unlucky enough to have a little boy poop in the pool while we were there so it was immediately closed for 24 hours. The property is gated so a code is given at check in. But for some unknown reason the code was changed during our stay. We were not notified of the change. Another guest walking to his car in the lot saw us trying to get in and gave us the new code. This unit could use more love and attention.
