You will have access to the entire condo except for the supply closet.

We offer the convenience of self-check-in. While you may have the unit to yourselves, you won’t be alone should you need assistance. Guest Services are available 24/7. Give us a call or text if you need anything. :)

This is one of the most trendy, urban neighborhoods known for its innovative bars, local restaurants, and proximity to the Stampede grounds. The building is modern and the area itself is young. It`s a great neighborhood for young professionals and travelers alike.

You`ll be just...

- 22 minutes to Calgary Airport.
- 2 minutes to Calgary Public Library.
- 6 minutes to Central Memorial Park.
- 8 minutes Calgary Zoo.

There are many forms of public transit minutes from the condo. The C-Train is close by and grants access to core areas of the city from the downtown core to the suburbs. There are many buses and taxis all around, as well as Uber. :)

-To access the building, guests are required pick up a key fob approximately 7 minutes` drive from the unit.

-The building requires all tenants to complete and sign a tenant form. We will send you this form after your booking.

-The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 6’5”.

-The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It DOES NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.

-There is paid street parking in front of the building from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).

9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

Hosts are very welcoming and communicative. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also really great as it was at the edge of downtown, making it a quiet area, but still close to bakeries, stores, and restaurants.Getting the keys was a bit of a hassle (specially difficult if you don't have a vehicle), but understandable given the security of the building. Really appreciated having underground parking available. Would definitely stay again!

Great communications with host, very responsive. Place was clean and as described. We really appreciated the secure underground parking and overall security was solid. The pick-up of the key fob was not straight forward but I eventually figured it out. The pick up location was not as close to the rental as I would have expected, however the host helped simplify the drop off on our check out day which we appreciated. We didn't use the BBQ and the balcony but it was nice and I wished we would have had the time to relax and enjoy it. In terms of location I wish it was closer to restaurants in the downtown core. If you are going to a Flames game you are very close to the Saddledome.
