● Photo ID + copy of ID required for reservation confirmation

● Primary renters must be 25+

● No smoking of any kind

● No pets

● No parties or events

● No fireworks or firearms

● No boats or trailers allowed

● Parking is limited to 1 car

● Guests cannot bring their own boat, but they can use the dock for loading and unloading

● Check-in: 4 PM

● Check-out: 10 AM
