***Guests that skip the pet fees will 100% be reported to VRBO and fined and we will always know due to fur and hair shedding afterwards and front camera. your cooperation is much appreciated
**You WILL BE DENIED ACCESS to home if you are under 25, without being accompanied by a host over 25. even if you have paid in full, there will be NO REFUNDS. VRBO has a strict rule for booking age.
*Any damages caused will be subject to penalty via VRBO resolution claim and all charges will be applied directly to your payment method on file.

Security Camera: There's 2 Ring doorbell camera on the premise (outside door downstairs and one near outdoor hot tub) to ensure everyone's safety. You can also holler at us there too if you're not into text messaging or phone calls for whatever reason. 10pm-8am loud-noise-free zone so enjoy your peace and quiet during the hours !

Trash: Please leave your bags of trash outside the door so we can dispose it for you. Simply separate the trash from recycling

Dishes: Load up your dishes into the dishwasher after use so we can help you clean it with ease!

Parking Situation: We've got space for up to 4 cars, so plan accordingly and carpool if you can.

Fireworks: This is a no-firework premise so you might have to enjoy your lightshows away from the cabin

Shoes Off, Floors Clean: Cleanliness is wholesomeness. Our floors are cleaned after every stay, so don't be afraid to take your shoes off to keep the place cozy and clean!

No Smoking Inside: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the cabin. There's a firepit in the backyard or sunroom if you need to smoke, just ensure your safety and be mindful of any fire hazards. Please remember to cover up the fire pit after using

Breaking or Damages: Please, please, please! refrain from damaging anything. We have done claims on guests in the past and it is not a fun process for either party. Also, you do not want to end up paying for anything else other than a great time at the cabin!

Bathroom Etiquette: Our bathrooms are newly renovated also cleaned after every stay, so please keep them clean for ease of the next guests' enjoyment.

Deer Friends: We occasionally have deer visitors around, but please refrain from feeding them. Our snacks might not be safe for them, and who knows, they might have dietary restrictions.

Respect the Billiards Table: Keep your drinks off the billiards table, folks! Let's maintain the beautiful felt in top-notch condition for that perfect backspin.

Temperature Control: We're all about that energy efficiency, so feel free to adjust the temperature in the 6 separate zones to your liking. Stay cozy without wasting energy!

Fresh Linens and Towels: We've got you covered with fresh linens, towels, and shower essentials for a comfortable stay. No need to pack extras, we've got you sorted.
