From the minute you pull through the gated entry you will be lost in your dream vacation. Located at the beautiful Veranda Palms Resort, this 32 guest capacity vacation home has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay.



Let's start with the gorgeous sundeck patio at the back of the home; which faces a garden view so you have extra privacy with no rear neighbours! The screened-in patio features a sparkling private swimming pool that's perfect for cooling off from the Florida sunshine. Perhaps you prefer a soak in a jacuzzi hot tub? No problem, we've got one of those too! There's plenty of sun loungers to stretch out and catch some rays, or enjoy a meal al fresco at your covered poolside dining table.



The garage has been converted into a games room. In it you'll find family favorites like table tennis, air hockey, hot shot hoops, and billiards. Kids will love the cool lighting and Star Wars theme murals! There's also a big screen TV and comfy bean bag seating.



Even with the whole crew you'll have plenty of space inside the home, 6375 sq. feet to be precise! Step inside to be greeted by a living room with 2 massive sectional sofas that face 2 large flat screen wall mounted smart TVs. That means everyone has a good seat to watch the game!



The kitchen is fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances, and boasts 2 full sized fridge/freezer combos. There is plenty of countertop space for prepping meals, and a kitchen island bar with seating for those who would rather watch! And when it's time to eat, there's space for 12 at the dining table.



Moving upstairs, you'll find a games room and movie cinema in the loft. This space has a kitchenette, plenty of board games, a poker table, and more! The theatre has a massive projection screen and comfortable plush seating. We've even put in cup-holders and velvet ropes for the full cinematic experience! Perfect for movie nights!



Each of the 15 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and smart TV. There's a selection of King and Queen sized bedrooms, one room with 2 single beds, and one with bunkbeds. The kids will love their bedrooms, decorated with fun characters like Yoshi and Mario, and Encanto. The whole house is equipped with high speed internet, and you'll be nice and comfortable with the central air conditioning. There's even in home laundry machines and free parking!



The location is in a fantastic area, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. The community is just a short drive away from some of the most popular attractions in the area, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Being just minutes away from world-famous theme parks, shopping outlets, and championship golf courses, you'll have endless entertainment options right at your doorstep. Parking:

There is complimentary on-site parking on the driveway. There is additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community. Parking is also allowed outside the pool area, using the side parking spaces and is subject to availability.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Additional Services:

•Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $45/night per service or $79 night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have everything ready for you to enjoy the grill.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

House Rules

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
