Guest Access:

Full access to the property with the exception of the basement and owners closets. Please note that access between the two units are only available:

- indoor via the game room & movie room

- outdoor either via the backyard or the front entrance.



Other Things to Note:

** We use Truvi as part of our guest screening process. Your Truvi application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled.**

Our house rules are designed to protect the home, maintain a respectful relationship with the neighborhood, and ensure every guest has a great experience. We strive to be fair—accidents can happen, and we're not here to charge for every little thing. All we ask is that you care for the space as you would your own

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM – please be respectful of our neighbors!

🚭 Smoking & Substances

• Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the house.



🐶 Pets

• Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee (max 2).

• No cats due to severe allergies.

• Pets are never allowed on furniture or left unattended at the property.

• Please clean up after your pet.

• Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per animal.



🧹 Cleanliness & Respect

• Return furniture and items to their original spots.

• Report any damages, spills, or broken items ASAP—we totally understand that accidents happen! We won’t charge for minor stuff, but guests are responsible for anything that’s clearly reckless or intentional. If we discover unreported damage, we’ll assume it was intentional or reckless.



🔐 Safety & Security

• Do not tamper with smoke or noise monitors

• Outdoor cameras are in place for safety. For your safety and security of the property, this home does have exterior security cameras placed at the front and back doors and the garage parking pad. They record both front, backyard and front of parking garage, 24/7.





💧 Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Outdoor Equipment

• Children must be supervised at all times in the hot tub or sauna.

• Shower before use to help keep the water and sauna clean.

• Please wear swimwear in the hot tub and sauna—no street clothes or shoes.

• Do not bring food or glass into the hot tub or sauna areas.

• Turn off all controls (jets, lights, heat) when finished.

• Always put back the covers on the hot tub.

• Do not pour excessive water on the sauna heating element.
