Guest Screening & Damage Protection

• We partner with a third-party company called Enzo for screening and Reservation Confirmation.
• You’ll need to:
○ The Primary Reservation holder must provide a Government ID and
○ Choose between (REQUIRED):
▪ A refundable Security Deposit, or
▪ A non-refundable Damage Waiver

Building and Condo Security Measures

• Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels.
• Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment)
• 24/7 building security

Security Deposits or Waiver Fee's

•A refundable Security Deposit of $100, or
•A non-refundable Damage Waiver of $25

Pet Cleaning Fee (Per Pet)
-All pet fees are collected after you receive your booking confirmation (through Enzo or Airbnb)

• 1-7 Nights: $25 per day
• 8-28 Nights: $200 flat fee per pet
• 30+ Nights: $300 flat fee per pet

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Fee (based on availability of cleaners)

• $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM Early Check-In, subject to host approval.
• $25 for 12PM Late Check-Out, subject to host approval.

Lost Parking Pass Fee

• A free parking pass is provided for convenience. Please ensure it is returned and left inside the apartment upon check-out.
• A $25 replacement fee will be charged for any unreturned or missing parking pass.

HOUSE RULES:

Pet Rules Policy

• Pet weight limit: 35 lbs.
• No Pitbulls
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves

No Smoking Policy

• Smoking will result in a $500 fine.

No Party Policy

• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.

Noise Curfew Policy

• Noise curfew:
○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays)
○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)

• Penalties for violation:
○ First: Complimentary warning.
○ Second: $100 fine.
○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.

Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy

• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.

• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.

• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.

Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy

• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.

• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.

• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.


Guest Policy

• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.

• Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. (Building Rules)

Local Guest Policy

• No locals (zip codes starting with "46") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host (Building Rules)
