The amazing neighborhood of Tremont is one of the hippest and safest locations that is within 10 minutes of Downtown! Tons of local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops that you can walk to! All the convenience of being close to Downtown while having neighborhood safety and comfort.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. You will be asked to either pay a refundable damage deposit or select a waiver option AND upload a govt ID.

Please note that we do NOT accept locals (proffesional and medical exemptions), or tolerate any sort of partying. I live in the building and the neighbor is a retired police officer. Noise is strictly enforced and so are unauthorized guests. Either violation will result in a cancellation without refund.

You will need to retrieve the keys from the 24/7 building security where they will also do an ID verification.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest.

Surveillance cameras outdoors for security. There is a surveillance camera outside the unit, but not the unit itself. Minut device in the unit for noise level.
Additional rules
1) CLEANING ****

No Cleaning Rules upon Check-Out except loading and running any used dishes in the dishwasher. Our cleaning team will restock it in the cabinets. No other cleaning or checkout items!

*Please dump food waste in the garbage and not the sink disposal.


2) PETS ****
"Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, NO Pitbulls allowed - STRICTLY ENFORCED BY MANAGEMENT."

Pets ARE allowed, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet:

1-7 Nights: $25 per day
8-28 Nights: $200 flat per pet
30+ Nights: $300 flat per pet

*Never leave your pet unattended/alone inside the apartment*
*Pet fees will be requested through Airbnb after booking. Your final price shown does not reflect your total amount due if bringing a pet.

Pets must be leashed at all times while outside of your apartment
You must clean up after your pet waste. We do not provide disposal bags so please be sure to bring enough to keep the property clean



3) SMOKING ****

PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT. An additional $500 smoke removal fee applies for smoking inside the apartment.



4) EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ****

Standard check-in is 4pm, and check-out is 10am.

We can usually accommodate early check-in / late check-out. Our cleaners have a strict schedule and clean other Airbnb's, and do charge us to change their schedule. Please let us know at your earliest convenience so we can coordinate.

Early Check-in --- 2pm for $25 or 12pm for $50

Late Check-out --- 12pm for $25



5) ADDITIONAL RULES/INFO ****

Disclaimer - failure to leave the apartment past 12pm at check-out without prior approval will result in a late fee of the entire booking day. If you need to stay past 12pm, simply communicate with us through the Airbnb app so we can approve if able. WE DO NOT WANT TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT. The majority of our bookings are back-to-back and not leaving by 12pm causes a HUGE stress in getting the apartment ready for next guests

Please leave key fob as instructed on your boarding pass upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of $100 (from the building management)

**We require Names, Drivers License/ID numbers, and Date of Birth for all incoming reservations as required by property management. You will get a verification link through our partner SuperHog Know Your Guest to fill out this identity information.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note that amenities external to the actual apartment are not under our control. Any unavailability due to maintenance on the gym area will not warrant a refund. Please check with us prior to booking and we will let you know the status to the best of our ability. Maintenance is usually done within a day.
