Casa Madeore is located just 6 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine. This fully renovated 2-bedroom bungalow is set on half an acre of lush palms and tropical greenery—offering the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and Old Florida vibes.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and cozy living room perfect, a full kitchen, dining area, and laundry—all the comforts of home with modern farmhouse flair. Sleeps four guests.

The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, dresser, side tables and closet.

The back bedroom features a full-sized bed, closet, side tables.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, serving bowls, pots and pans. It has a Keurig for your morning coffee, full stove, microwave and refrigerator.

You`ll find a stackable washer and dryer tucked into the kitchen closet.

The living area has a sofa and bench for extra seating. You`ll also find bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The porch is one of the places our guests love to sit and enjoy watching the world go by. You may see the occasional rooster or cat. There are two chairs plus a cafe table with chairs as well.

In the back you can enjoy sitting on the Adirondack chairs in the privacy of the fenced back yard. There is also a Weber BBQ for your use.

You can access the house by keypad. The keypad code will be provided to you on your day of check-in. It is easy to lock and unlock the door with the keypad.

Pets
We welcome one pet per stay for $100 fee. Please add them to the booking. Emotional Support Animals are also included and should be added to the booking for $100 fee. Please keep pets on a leash outside at all times. The property is not fully fenced. We also have cats and chickens on property. You are responsible for picking up poop and any damage. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the bungalow.

Access
The house is self check-in with keypad access.

Laundry
There is a washer & dryer in the closet in the kitchen.

Casa Madeore Cancellation Policy
• Our cancellation policy is moderate which means you will get a full refund up to 5 days before check-in. On Airbnb we also have a non-refundable option.
For the non refundable price, you will get a discount of 10% off your booking but the payment is non-refundable no matter the circumstances.
• We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.

Last minute cancellation requests due to extreme weather:

* We will consider refunds or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if there is a National State of Emergency issued for the State of Florida, or other major weather event such as a named Tropical Storm or Cyclone warning.

* Airbnb does have a Major Disruptive Events policy for national events, outages, natural disasters and government mandated travel restrictions.
