It is at walking distance from Promenade beach, Rock Beach, Ashram, White Town, market & good cafes. The Place is near the White Town and still close to nature and very peaceful surroundings. All the windows are facing lush green huge Ground. It has fully functional kitchen with all utensils, Freeze, AC, Geyser, TV, High speed wi-fi to work from home.

The space
This property is located very near to the White Town, Rock Beach, Promenade Beach and it takes only 1-2 minutes with a scooter on rent to reach at all the good cafes, French Colony, and other tourist attractions. This property consists of one bedroom, one compact hall, one fully working kitchen with gas stove, utensils, microwave oven, and all amenities and attached bathroom with geyser. The flat has AC, Dining table, coffee table with relaxing chairs, King size bed, TV, Freeze and a very high-speed internet connection to work from home. The charm of this flat is the windows, both windows overlook a huge green field loaded with lots of trees which gives a soothing effect to the eyes and mind. This is almost impossible to find such a place in the White Town. Guests can cook at the kitchen as all the utensils with mixer grinder and pressure cooker, gas stove, and other things are available. A coffee table with two relaxing chairs for enjoy the personal moments over coffee with a window overlooking to big lush green sports ground. Bathroom is attached to the bedroom and contains geyser with other amenities. There is high speed Wi-Fi for working professionals, who are here for enjoying the holidays while doing work from home. The apartment is in very peaceful area, amid silence of the nature, surrounded with lots of trees and chirping of birds, still it is in the middle of the city at a walking distance from everything like White Town, Rock Beach, Promenade Beach, Gandhi Statue, Ganesh Temple, all the renowned cafes, and markets.

The place is very clean, nice, warm, cozy, peaceful, with no disturbance and yet in the heart of the town.

You can take scooter on rent to explore the entire Pondicherry as this is the best way to explore a place like Pondicherry. Swiggy and Zomato, both delivers the food to this apartment.
Guest access
The entire apartment is for guest only. There will be no sharing of any spaces, and you can enjoy your privacy. Guest can use all space independently and without any disturbance. This is independent flat of One Hall, One bedroom, washroom and kitchen. There are no restrictions of timeline or disturbance from Neighborhood. Entire area is for guests and let the guests enjoy the privacy and peaceful stay.

Check-out time is before 10am

The property is near to White Town, Bharti Park, near railway station, near all major city attractions and main city Centre. It is still surrounded with silence and facing a huge lush green ground full of trees and birds. This is one of the best places to stay in Pondicherry as per our past guest's reviews.

Smoking inside room is not allowed.

Parking is on the road, just out side the building. Building is at T-point and at the dead end of the street, so parking will not be a problem and safe. All our customers were parking here only for last 2 years without any problem. But still I prefer not to be judged by the parking space.
