âą Cleanliness: Please treat the home with care and leave it as you found it.
âą Maximum Occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum guest limit outlined in your booking.
Unauthorized parties will have a $1000 fine
Smoking in the house will result in a $1000 fine.
Anyone without prior reviews will be subjected to a $200 deposit after booking is accepted
