Stay in the center of Panama City in the famous Banking District (Ărea Bancaria), one of the safest and most convenient areas in town. This is a fully private condo with nothing shared, perfect for travelers who want comfort, privacy, and the ability to walk everywhere.
The building sits between Calle 50 and VĂa España, two of the main avenues in the city, but slightly inset so you avoid the heavy downtown noise while still being right in the middle of everything.
You will be surrounded by the top hotels in Panama City, including the Grand Hyatt, Bristol Hotel, Marriott, Executive Hotel, and Holiday Inn, all within about a 1-minute walk from the building. The area is active, safe, and full of restaurants, nightlife, and shops.
Within 1 to 5 minutes walking distance, you can reach more than 18 restaurants, bars, casinos, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Major shopping malls and supermarkets are also just a few minutes away.
Transportation is extremely easy here. The Metro station is only about 3 blocks away, and Uber and taxis are available immediately, so most guests find there is no need to rent a car.
