Welcome to our spacious Teaneck home, the perfect retreat for families and groups looking to explore New York City and everything the area has to offer. Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined, and genuinely peaceful neighborhood, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home sleeps up to 7 guests and has everything you need to feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

The home

Every bedroom features a queen bed dressed in hotel quality Egyptian cotton linens, with its own AC unit and remote control so every guest can set their preferred temperature independently.

The master bedroom is your private retreat within the home, featuring a queen bed, large dresser with mirror, spacious closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with standing shower, vanity, and toilet.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, large closet, and a 55 inch TV with a dedicated desk and chair — ideal for remote workers or anyone who needs a quiet productive space during their stay.

The third bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, and closet, comfortable and well suited for additional guests.

The living room is where everyone naturally comes together. Settle into the 3 seater recliner couch with built in USB chargers on each end, or kick back in the single recliner alongside it. A 55 inch smart TV with streaming is set up and ready to go. The entertainment center is stocked with board games, kids games, and puzzles — perfect for a family game night after a long day out. The sofa can also serve as an additional sleeping option for a 7th guest — please note it does not have a pull out mechanism but is comfortable for a single sleeper.

Our kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking. You will find a gas stove, all the pots and pans you need, cooking oil, and a double door refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. A dishwasher, rice cooker, blender, and full coffee bar round out the setup. We provide complimentary coffee including regular, decaf, and instant options, creamer, and a selection of teas including decaf, so your mornings are taken care of from the moment you arrive. The dining area seats the whole group comfortably for meals together.

The master en-suite has a standing shower, vanity, and toilet. The second full bathroom on the upper floor features a bathtub, vanity, and toilet. A convenient half bathroom is located on the first floor just off the kitchen, perfect for guests coming in from outside without tracking through the whole house.

Outdoor spaces

The private fenced backyard is one of our favorite features and a real highlight for families. Fire up the BBQ grill for an outdoor cookout and gather around the 6 seat dining table with umbrella — plenty of room for the whole group to eat outside together. Kids have plenty of space to run around safely in the fully fenced yard. A great way to unwind after a long day in the city without going anywhere.

Out front, a welcoming porch with a 4 seat table and chairs is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and soak in the quiet neighborhood before heading out for the day.

Parking and laundry

Free parking for up to 4 cars is available on the premises — a genuine rarity for this area and a real convenience for families and groups arriving by car. Additional free street parking is available right outside 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, giving larger groups or extra vehicles plenty of options. The in-unit washer and dryer are located in the basement utility room, freely accessible throughout your stay — a real bonus for families on longer trips.

Getting around

Getting to Manhattan is simple and stress free. The 167T express bus stop is just a couple of minutes walk from the front door, running every 10 minutes during commuting hours in both directions. The ride to Port Authority Bus Terminal and Times Square takes approximately 30 minutes — no car needed. American Dream Mall and MetLife Stadium are also just a short drive away, making this the perfect base whether you are here for shopping, sports, concerts, or a full NYC adventure.

The neighborhood

Teaneck is one of those neighborhoods that feels like a hidden gem the moment you arrive. The streets are quiet, tree-lined, and genuinely peaceful — the kind of place where you feel safe letting the kids play outside and where neighbors actually say hello. It is a diverse, welcoming community with a lot of character, and guests consistently tell us how surprised they are by how comfortable and relaxed it feels.

When it comes to food, you are in great hands. Within walking distance you will find a Caribbean restaurant, Versalles Bakery and Restaurant, Empanadas Monumental, and authentic Puerto Rican cuisine — a little food tour without even needing your car.

For everyday errands, a strip mall just a short drive away has everything you need — a Walgreens pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, and a grocery store, so stocking up on arrival is quick and easy.

If you want to get outside, Votee Park and Overpeck County Park are both just a short drive away. Overpeck in particular is great for families — open fields, walking trails, and plenty of room to breathe after a busy day in the city.
