Located just 5 minutes from downtown, this space features modern finishes, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and beautiful views. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a work trip with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and nature.
Step inside to discover a bright and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. Enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
Retreat to the master suite and relax in a plush queen bed. A sparkling full bathroom is accessed from the kitchen and living area.
Outdoor Oasis & Views:
The expansive private deck is truly a highlight, offering a stunning backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Settle into the comfortable outdoor seating â perfect for evening relaxation, stargazing, or enjoying your morning coffee with a view.
Convenience & Comfort:
You'll appreciate the added convenience of a full-size washer and dryer within the home, making longer stays a breeze.
Prime Location:
Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, you're just a short drive from UNR, the convention center, and Reno's vibrant downtown scene. Enjoy easy access to Lake Tahoe as well on I-80 west.
Private & Fully Separate Space:
You'll have full and private access to the entire guesthouse and its amenities, including your own entrance and a completely separate interior.
The guesthouse is connected to the main house via a shared driveway, a deck dividing wall, and a garage wall, each home maintains complete privacy with its own entrance and no shared interior spaces.
For your convenience, one designated driveway parking spot is available, located directly Infront of guesthouse (Unit B). The two remaining driveway spots are reserved for the main house.

This house was tastefully remodeled with love and care for the details. We hope you enjoy the upgraded amenities and the beautiful view!
Our home is conveniently located near I-80. We've done our best to make the inside as peaceful as possible, but some ambient sound and traffic noise from the highway is to be expected.
You'll have a private deck just for the guest house. Please note that it shares a divider wall with the main house deck, located directly above, and is partially covered by it.
This is a no-pet property. If an animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged if animal waste is not properly picked up and disposed of.
No illegal activity, weapons, or illicit drugs are permitted on the property.
Tampering with exterior security cameras or engaging in any illegal activity on the premises will result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. A $250 fine will be charged for any smoking violation, in addition to professional cleaning and repair costs.
Please do not move furniture or appliances from their original placement
