All amid a mango orchard, each tree steeped in history - planted by the Nawab himself. Breakfast here is a homemade treat!

About the Studio Cottage – An old style rustic farm house nested in a corner of the beautiful mango orchard on Rizwan Bagh studios. A well appointed 3 bedroom cottage with ensuite bathrooms, a living room and outdoor kitchen. Breakfast is served daily with an all-day Coffee and tea station. The Studio Cottage offers the perfect blend of elegance, nature, and comfort in the heart of Bhopal.

About Rizwan Bagh – A private estate on the lake front currently owned by a prominent old Bhopal Family - created by The last Nawab of Bhopal HH Hamiduallah Khan, as a mango orchard and is famous for its local Mango varietals – Dayyad, Kesar, Langda, Dasheri and Chausa. - each planted by His Highness.

Guest Access:
• You’ll have the entire villa to yourself which includes the living room and patio garden.
• For the detached outside kitchen, access can be given with prior notice and approval.
• No laundry facilities available.
• Guests are requested to stay within the cottage boundary and parking area.
• Free parking is available. There is a private parking area for the cottage and each guest is requested not to have more than one car parked at any time during their stay.

Interaction with guests
On-site staff are available on the property from 7am to 7pm should you require assistance. The owner can be reachable via phone when required.

2. Furniture Restrictions: Pets are not allowed to sit or sleep on beds, sofas, or any sitting furniture. This is how we can maintain hygiene standards while allowing pets.
3. Property Care: Please ensure your pets do not cause any damage to the property. Any damages caused by pets will be deducted from the security deposit.
4. Supervision: Pets must be supervised at all times and should not be left unattended.
5. Clean-Up: Owners need to clean up after their pets at all times and in all areas.
6. Behavior: Aggressive or disruptive pets are not allowed. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved around other guests and staff.
7. Food: Owners need to bring their own pet food.
