Thank you so much for the perfect ten, Kelly! 🙏 A quiet soak at the end of a long park day is exactly what we had in mind when we set this home up — it’s the detail guests tell us about most. Your kind words about how quickly we got back to you mean a great deal for us; being easy to reach is the part of hosting we care about most. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back to Storey Lake anytime! 🌴

Thank you so much for the top marks, Stephen! 🙏 We work hard to keep everything simple from booking through departure, so guests can spend their time enjoying Orlando rather than sorting out logistics. Eight nights is a proper stay, and it's a pleasure to know the home gave your group all the space it needed. You'd be very welcome back anytime! 🌴

Thank you so much for the perfect ten, Calvin! 🙏 A long weekend at Storey Lake goes by fast, so we're glad it was time well spent. It was a pleasure hosting you, and the home will be ready whenever you're back in Orlando. Safe travels! 🌴

Thank you for the perfect ten, Nathan! 🙏 Storey Lake really does sit in a sweet spot — close enough to the parks and everything else that you never lose half a day in the car. Being available and looking after our guests along the way is the part we care about most for us, so this means a lot. It would be a pleasure to host you again anytime! 🌴

Thank you so much for the perfect ten, Tina! 🙏 Your kind words about how quickly your questions were handled mean a great deal for us — being easy to reach is something we take real pride in. Giving guests genuine value without cutting corners is what we work hardest at, and eight nights is a proper test of that. We’re glad the home held up throughout. A recommendation goes a long way for a small family-run business. You’d be very welcome back anytime! 🌴

Hi Robert! 🎢 Thank you for the great review! Storey Lake really is a sweet spot for park-hopping families — that short drive can make all the difference at the end of a long day. So glad it worked out well for your trip. Hope to see you back in Orlando before long! 🌴😊

Thank you so much for the perfect ten, Alisha! 🙏 A home exceeding what guests pictured is the best kind of surprise — we'd always rather under-promise than the other way around. Staying attentive and easy to reach is the part of hosting we care about most for us, so this is wonderful to read. You'd be very welcome back at Storey Lake anytime! 🌴

Hi Penny! 🌟 Thank you so much for the fantastic 10/10 review! I'm so glad to hear the home had everything you needed for a great stay — that's exactly what we aim for. Storey Lake is such a wonderful spot to unwind after a day at the parks, and it would be a pleasure to welcome you back anytime you're planning your next Orlando escape. Thanks again, Penny! 🌴🏡

Thank you so much for the perfect ten, Cynthia! 🙏 We work hard to keep the photos an honest reflection of the home, so guests can book with confidence — great to hear it held up. You also found one of this location's quiet advantages: getting to the parks without having to deal with the interstate makes a real difference on a family trip. We appreciate the note on the kitchen as well. That's ours to look after, and we're reviewing what we stock so larger groups have everything they need without improvising. Best of all is knowing you'd stay with us again. We'll be ready whenever you are! 🌴

Hi Xavier! Thank you for the review and for the kind words about the home and location. 😊 We're glad it gave your large family plenty of room and made the Disney trip easy. We're sorry that something outside the house affected the peace of your stay, that's always disappointing when it happens, and we completely understand. If you're ever back in the area, we'd be happy to host you again and hope for a quieter, even better visit. Safe travels!

Hi Brennan! Thank you so much for the top marks. 🌟 Keeping things smooth from the first message to checkout is exactly what we aim for, so it's great to hear it showed for us. Hi Tracey! Thank you so much for the wonderful review and the perfect ten. 🌟 Every now and then something small comes up, and what matters to us is stepping in quickly so it never gets in the way of your stay, so we're really glad it was sorted right away for us. We're also happy the home gave your group plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the trip. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back anytime. Safe travels! 🏡

Hi Ashley, Thank you for the amazing review! 🙏 So glad your summer vacation was a hit and the family had a blast. That's what it's all about! 😊 It was a pleasure to host you, and you'd be welcome back anytime! 🌴

Thank you for the wonderful review and the perfect score, Damion! 🙏 A recommendation from friends carries a lot of weight, so we're especially glad the stay lived up to what they told you — and the photo you shared is a great one. It always makes us smile when the resort amenities end up competing with the parks for the kids' attention. That's exactly why we love this corner of Orlando: everything you need is close by, and there's plenty to enjoy without ever getting in the car. Your kind words about the hosting side mean a lot for us. We'll be looking forward to your next visit! 🌴

Hi Anne! Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review and the perfect ten. 🌟 That location really is a gift for a Disney-and-Universal week, so close to everything yet easy on the traffic and tolls. We're delighted the home gave your group spacious rooms and all those little comforts that make a trip feel effortless. Thoughtful touches in every room are exactly what we aim for, so it means a lot to know they landed well. It would be our pleasure to welcome you back anytime. Safe travels until then! 🏡

Hi Sarah! 🌟 Thank you so much for the wonderful 10/10 review! I'm thrilled to hear the home matched the photos and that the well-stocked kitchen worked perfectly for your family — having everything you need to cook and feel at home is exactly what we aim for. 🍳 It's also great to know the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids; those Storey Lake afternoons and evenings really do make the stay extra special. Thank you again, Sarah — it would be a pleasure to welcome you and your family back anytime! 🏡✨

Hi Dabresha. Thank you so much for staying with us and for your 5-star review! We’re very happy to know you enjoyed your stay. Just to clarify for future guests, as clearly mentioned in our listing and in our guest communications, pool/spa heat is an optional add-on and can be requested before or during the stay. The hot tub/spa was working properly, but the heating feature had not been requested for this reservation. We would have been happy to assist right away if we had been contacted during the stay. Thank you again for choosing our home!

Hi Valerie, thank you for your review. We’re very glad to hear that you enjoyed our place and the communication. We always strive to provide a 5-star experience, so if there’s anything we could have done to make your stay even better, we would truly appreciate your feedback. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Hello! We’re very happy to hear that everything was mostly great and met your expectations. Pool and spa heating is an optional add-on, and is always available upon request. We’ll make sure to highlight this more clearly for future guests so it’s easier to take advantage of during the stay. Thank you again for choosing our home. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future.
