EntiÚrement rénové, à l'intérieur tout neuf - 3BR 3. 5BA condo situé à 1/2 pùté de maisons de la plage au milieu de tout le plaisir de Fenwick Island. Piscine communautaire dans la cour (en saison) et à quelques pas des restaurants et des magasins. MBR avec lit king et curseur sur le pont. Chambre avec lits superposés avec lits jumeaux sur complet et lit gigogne pour accueillir 4 personnes. 2Úme étage: cuisine, salle à manger, espace familial, cheminée et une autre terrasse pour en profiter. DeuxiÚme MBR avec roi et salle de bain complÚte au premier étage avec curseur sur patio donnant sur la piscine. Rénovation terminée à l'hiver 2017 - tous les nouveaux sols et la peinture, les nouvelles armoires de cuisine, les salles de bain, les appareils ménagers, les meubles, les matelas et les accessoires. 3 nouveaux téléviseurs de 55 ", centre de boissons idéal pour le divertissement.

Fantastic beach week! Perfect location with easy beach access half a block away, community pool and walkable to lots of restaurants, shopping and ice cream. Fenwick Getaway

We always have an amazing time in Fenwick Island. The Admirals Bridge property was perfect—just steps away from the sand. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space and easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic beach escape!

Excellent location!

The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. We were thrilled with the short walk to the beach, and the pool was great too! The hosts responded quickly to our questions, and their attention to detail made our stay extremely comfortable. They even gave us a welcome gift! We would definitely recommend!!

Great Fenwick Island Rental

We had a wonderful week at the beach. The location was great. It was a block from the beach, close to many restaurants and walkable to the local candy and ice cream shop for the kids. Liz and Jim were wonderful to communicate with before and during our stay. Their home was comfortable with everything you would need for a great stay at the beach. I would highly recommend!

Fabulous. The property is all it promises and more.

Jim and Liz really understand the concept of home away from home. We have been repeat renters for about 5 years now. There are constant updates to the property and if you make a suggestion, they listen. Glad we stumbled upon this vacation haven.

Our family had a wonderful week! This home is beautiful. The property managers are very professional and respond to email messages in a timely manner. The property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The beach and restaurants are all within walking distance.

What a fun place to stay !!!!! So gorgeous, so well equipped, so thoughtfully laid out. So comfortable for all family members.....kids of all ages....to enjoy. Even though there was so much to enjoy in the Fenwick area we didn’t feel like we had to leave our little “home away from home” to have fun.

This is home away from home. Everything is so well decorated and very inviting. Everything is spotless and very well equipped with every need you may have. Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time in this rental! Clean and very well organized, with the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've stayed in. We cooked and ate in most nights and had no trouble finding the necessary utensils/cookware. Located within walking distance of mini golf, shops, ice cream shops, etc and close to the beach but inside the house it's nice and quiet. The hosts also went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, I think they really care if their guests have a good time.

Jim and Liz love the beach and fell in love with Fenwick and south Delaware beachs after spending time there with neighbors from their home in Chester County Pa. They really enjoy spending time with their 3 children at the beach and all the fun things within walking distance in Fenwick
