The property would have very accommodating if it were clean. There was a dirty sock under the master bed, the back side of the shower curtain in the master was horribly filthy, there were boogers wiped on the wall over the bedside table in the 2nd bedroom, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and there were nails and screws all over the walls where curtains and decor have been removed and not replaced, and We only stayed for 1 night and were exhausted, and quite frankly didn’t have time to report issues due to being in town for a tournament.

Is it possible this feedback was intended for another stay, given that it was submitted 40 days after the visit? The home is professionally cleaned and inspected between every stay and no concerns were noted at the time. Our cleanliness standards are typically reflected as positive guest experiences, so this feedback was a surprise to see. If this is intended for our home and there were shortcomings, we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address it immediately. We really do appreciate the feedback and have followed up with our cleaning team to ensure standards continue to be met. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest staying with us!

We stayed at Amanda‘s property as an interim place while we were moving from out of state, until we bought our new home. The townhouse is just fantastic. It was very clean and spacious and had everything necessary. The beds were comfortable, which is hard to find in a VRBO. We discovered, while staying in the townhouse, that the area and location were ideal for the purchase of our new home as it is centrally located to everything near Greenville or Spartanburg. We had a couple of small things that came up with the dryer and the TV and it was handled immediately. I highly recommend staying if you are in need of a temporary living space or just want to enjoy Greenville.
