Tucked away on a quiet residential street just five minutes from the charm of downtown, this spacious, single-story home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and calm — ideal for extended stays of 30 days or more.



The Space:

This well-appointed home features an open floor plan, a generously sized family room, and three cozy bedrooms with a total of five beds — comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or coworkers, there’s room for everyone to relax and enjoy.



Guest Access:

You will have a private driveway with ample parking space and to enter the home you would receive a 4 digit door code.



The Neighborhood:

Located just minutes from downtown Winter Garden, you’ll be close to local favorites like the award-winning Winter Garden Farmers Market, bike-friendly West Orange Trail, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. Yet, when you return home, you’ll feel worlds away — surrounded by quiet, comfort, and calm.



Other Things to Note:

With high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and all the essentials provided, Peace in the Garden is more than a place to sleep — it’s a place to truly live, recharge, and reconnect during your extended stay.



•As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Guesty Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.



•The Guesty Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Platinum FL will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. Additional information about the Guesty Protection Policy will be provided upon request.



•Please note that stays of more than 21 nights require an additional $69 property damage protection insurance fee, with an additional $69 charged for every additional 21-day period.



• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Platinum FL Portal powered by Guesty prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.



• I give permission to PMI Platinum FL to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by PMI Platinum FL. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
