This modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is perfectly designed for family getaways and group vacations with spacious interiors, custom-built bunk beds, and unbeatable access to both the community pool right outside your door and the neighborhood swim dock just a short walk away.

With a second living area downstairs and two oversized flat-screen TVs (one on each floor), there’s room for everyone to relax, play games, or enjoy movie nights together. This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

Driftwood Shores is a newly developing community. While your home is beautifully finished and fully ready, construction is ongoing nearby. We`ve adjusted pricing accordingly and want guests to be informed before arrival.

Please note: Guests are welcome to use the dock area for swimming, but boats cannot be docked there overnight or for extended periods.
Parking near the dock will be available, but it will be limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. At this time, we can’t guarantee availability for boat trailer parking, and the area is still being finalized.

For enhanced safety and property protection, we’ve partnered with Truvi - Know Your Guest. You will need to complete the guest screening process prior to your arrival.

We provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc. If these supplies are not sufficient for your stay, you can purchase additional items at nearby stores.

- **Parking**
- Please park in specified areas. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
- **Smoke-Free Property**
- This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Remote Controls**
- Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.
- **Consumables**
- We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If these supplies are insufficient, please purchase additional items at any nearby store.
- **Quiet Hours**
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors during these times.
- **No Pets**
- Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Parties**
- Parties are not allowed on the premises.
- **Cleaning Fees**
- **Excessive Cleaning:** A fee will be charged for excessive cleaning if the property requires additional attention beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Stained or damaged linens
- Excessive trash or leftover food removal
- Significant cleaning beyond standard cleaning practices
- The fee for excessive cleaning will be determined based on the extent of the cleaning required.
- **Long-Term Stays**
- For stays over two weeks, a mid-stay inspection is required. There’s no charge unless cleaning is needed, which would be at the guest’s expense.
- **Security**
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

- Grill must be cleaned after use. Cleaning tools provided under kitchen sink. If grill is left dirty a 50.00 cleaning charge will be billed to you.
