Incredible Resort Stay

Our family had a fantastic week staying in this villa, which was truly as oceanfront as it’s listed. The resort’s location is close enough to dining and attractions for them to feel convenient, but isolated and private enough to feel respite from the tourist traps. We’re already looking forward to a return trip!

We had a great time ! Property is beautiful and clean, beach is just feet away . The property offers so much for kids and adults to do , we love it here and will be back next year !!!! Donald was so easy to get a hold of and messages back very quickly he’s organized and efficient !

Oceanfront, clean villa

As a family of 5, this was less than two hotel rooms. We were also able to bring my mom due to the extra space. I loved having the kitchen! It's so expensive to eat out, so we could bring leftovers to reheat or buy/cook breakfast or sandwiches for lunch and ivy go out once a day, which was a huge savings! I had a conference at the Marriott Spa & Conference center next door and thexwalk was quicker than staying IN that hotel. Beautiful! I would definitely go again! (Just ignore the timeshare group in the lobby-just say no)

Dance Nationals Trip

This property was perfect for our family of 6. The description was exactly as stated. Very clean, the perfect space for our large family, the property manager made the check in process very smooth, activities on site daily to keep the kids busy, and even a Starbucks on site which had my teenagers happy. My husband who is very hard to please said he would come back to this property in a heart beat. You will not be disappointed.

A Bit of Bait and Switch

This property was very nice, and overall we had a great experience. Having said that, the renter needs to be warned that the property shown on VRBO is NOT necessarily the property you will get. That is not made clear until you have already signed a contract. All you are really doing is renting out someone's timeshare, and you can be placed in any unit. We had expected a unit on a higher floor, facing the ocean, as that is what is shown. We ended up with a first floor unit right alongside the pool - not exactly the privacy we were looking for.

Clean, elegant, includes everything you need for a pleasant week's vacation. Oceanfront room was wonderful; nice views and great breeze on the balcony. Will definitely return.

Nice resort with a lot of amenities

We had very good experience with the agent representing the time share owner The property is well maintained overall The condo could have used a little detailed cleaning: a lot of spots and smudges on the doors and cabinets. This is reflection on Marriott cleaning standards. Nothing that requires more than a quick wipe down. The location is perfect,grocery store and restaurants are within 10-15 min walking distance

Beautiful Villa and Resort

The rental and check-in process was great. The villas are beautiful and the views of the ocean were incredible. The staff at the poolside bar and small restaurant were so nice! The pools, games and grills were perfect for our teenage boys! All had a wonderful time! Best in Myrtle! Thank you!

We had the best time at Oceanwatch Villas. By far the best place we have stayed in Myrtle Neach. Highly recommended Donald. Great communicator and very knowledgeable about the property. We will be back !

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and well equipped with all our basic needs! The only thing I would say would have been beneficial was a real vacuum cleaner (since we have 3 kids)! The location was perfect and everything we needed was only 1-2 miles away. Great overall!

The villas at this property are perfect!! Had a great ocean view. Two bed, two bath. Three tv's that work very well. Lots of natural light. Elevators run quickly. Beds were comfortable. Best location in Myrtle Beach by far. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous Myrtle Beach Marriott

We decided to stay at the Marriott Ocean Watch Villas in Myrtle Beach because of the adjacent location to the Ocean Club where our son was getting married. Next door to the Villas is the Marriott Grande Dunes Spa & Resort where many guests stayed. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in a little early since we had so much wedding prep work to get done. The employees were so pleasant here and make you feel like a valued guest. The Villa exceeded our expectations on every level and we especially liked having a clothes washer and dryer in our unit. The grounds are kept impeccable and the tiki bar and cafe delicious! I would highly recommend this resort for Myrtle Beach vacations!

This is a beautiful clean resort.

I booked this villa thru Donald Archer. I had many questions and he was very helpful & I would book another property through his company. The Villa was very clean & the management people were congenial & took care of all our needs. We could use all of the hotel facilities & could charge to our room which was better than carrying a credit card or money. The restaurants are great & the waiters were very pleasant. I would go back to the Marriot & I would recommend booking through Donald Archer. This was my first time to stay at the Villas.

Phenomenal resort and working with Don alike!!

Been to this resort 4 times now with family and friends and never disappoints. Worked with Don 3 out of the last 4 years and he has been just as great . Also sent him family and friend referrals for the same resort and they were just as pleased . Great resort for all ages ( especially young families). Been going to Myrtle Beach for many years and there is nothing like it in my opinion .Location is centralized to go anywhere down there and fast , north or south . And that’s if you even choose to leave being that the resort is so great and activity filled daily. Have a wife and three sons 6-8 years of age and we will stay no were else !! Thanks again Don for another year of awesome memories with family and friends👍

Great stay as always!

This resort is beautiful and we had another amazing stay. We first were booked in a first floor room, but with luck, got to move to the third floor which provided more of a true "ocean view". Service is always exceptional here and it's a perfect location. Will be back!

Wonderful resort and booking

This rental is exactly what is advertised: ocean FRONT. That was key as we sought out a new venue after renting an oceanfront condo in North Myrtle for the last 7 summers. We received an updated 2 bedroom on the 9th floor of the 'Starfish' building (the tallest, most direct facing). The space was maximized and both bedrooms had window views to the ocean (often lacking in many of Myrtle's condos) in addition to a spacious deck with table and chairs. What we loved about Marriott Oceanwatch was all the activities, the pools, easy access to the beach and friendly staff. The pool bar ('Sandbar') was a great spot to order lunch, and even included a few healthy options. There's a huge storage area near the beach entrance, for chair and boogie boards, so no need to drag everything back and forth up the elevators. There are a few silly rules that the condo complex had to abide by (Ex: no balls, even soft ones, are allowed in the pools) but all in all, a great place. We'd definitely recommend Donald Archer and found the rental process easy and uncomplicated. He was great with answering all our questions and we would absolutely use him again. --the Zobel family

Myrtle Beach Ocean Watch Villas

This was our first time staying at the Ocean Watch and booking with Don. The booking process was easy and straight forward and the resort was as described. We had a great week with our kids. Our only complaint would be that we weren't on a high floor and didn't have a great view of the ocean from the unit but that was not at all Donald's doing its just the luck of the draw when dealing with timeshare rentals. If you're looking to book a vacation Don's your guy! Thanks

Excellent trip

Went to Marriott grande dunes oceanwatch villas for a week. Got my booking through Donald. Room was as described and was oceanfront as promised. Donald was great to work with and we will use him again next year. The resort was fantastic. Great views, not too crowded, quiet, and great amenities.

Wonderful Family Vacation in Myrtle Beach

Our first family vacation to Myrtle Beach, and we stayed in an Oceanside Villa at Marriott's OceanWatch. It's a fantastic resort in a prime location - convenient to golf, area attractions and great restaurants. Resort itself has a lot of great amenities - pools and beach area, activities and spa at the Marriott next door was so relaxing. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a very long time. Many many thanks to Donald Archer - first time we've booked a vacation with him, but it most definitely will not be the last. He somehow booked us the perfect unit, exactly what I wanted, in only a few short weeks before our vacation. Thanks again Donald!
