While we were cleaning up the sweet tea your party had spilled on the living room floor I did notice the a/c wasn't working. I was worried at first that it might have affected your stay but then thought that was ridiculous, you'd have mentioned something and we could have gotten it fixed right away. Thankfully it was a super simple fix. In your review I think you were trying to indicate there is not a door to the bathroom. It's connected to the only bedroom and due to very limited space in that corner two doors makes sense from a traditional standpoint but not from a spatial one. I'm sorry if it was uncomfortable for you. Typically we really appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns as they arise. I'm sorry you didn't feel comfortable communicating while you were here and I hope your future stays in other hotel alternatives are far better!
