146 West Third Street - This home is only a ten-minute walk to attractions and restaurants. It is only a five-minute walk to the The Resort at OIB - Ocean Front Pool and Clubhouse- beach access. The clubhouse provides golf cart parking. This home has an outlet to charge your golf cart.
AMENITIES: 10' X 22' PRIVATE POOL, ELEVATOR GOES TO ALL LEVELS, PRIVATE TIDAL DOCK. TVs in the living area and in every bedroom, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, Instapot, wet bar with wine fridge, and secure Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have a private bath.

First Floor: The kitchen, dining and living area have beautiful views of Jinks Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway. The dining table seats eight and there are four stools at the kitchen bar. The first bedroom has a double and twin bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
Second Floor: This floor has three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of Jinks Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway.
This is a KEYLESS ENTRY home.
