The Space:
An inviting house away from the water in a desirable location in the southwest of Cape Coral, near Chiquita Blvd and Cape Coral Pkwy. The spacious floor plan includes 3 bedrooms (king-size bed, queen-size bed, 2 single beds), 2.5 bathrooms, a separate living and family room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Stylish furniture gives the house a contemporary touch. The electrically heated pool offers swimming fun all year round. The south-facing terrace offers a view of the lush, tropical landscape. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. Important Information: Electricity is included in the rental price up to 10 Usd per day. Consumption beyond this will be calculated at $0.23 per kWh including tax. The due amount must be paid at check-out. No pets are allowed! The number of guests must be correctly specified and noted in the booking confirmation in order to be allowed to stay in the house. Please note that a penalty fee of $500/week will be charged for additional guests or violations of the pet policy.The overnight price includes up to 4 guests; from the 5th person, an additional price of 20 $/night per person will be charged.

You will receive the door code from us prior to your arrival, allowing you to access the house independently

The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.

Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 15.00/night.
