Weâre a family from California whoâve been coming to this area for over 30 yearsâmy husband and his family have hunted these hills for generations. We finally decided to put down roots and make this our second home (and someday, our retirement spot).
This little town is quiet, friendly, and a world away from the city. Out here, you can breathe easy, watch the stars, and really enjoy the outdoors. We started hosting to share that experience with others who appreciate nature, adventure, and the slower pace of small-town life.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worldsâquiet, small-town charm with easy access to the essentials like a grocery store, gas station, local restaurants, and a hometown bar.
Itâs also centrally located to some incredible destinations like Moab, Telluride, Grand Junction, and Montroseâwithout all the tourist crowds or traffic. And for us, one of the biggest draws is the exceptional hunting in the area. Itâs a peaceful place to unwind, but close enough to adventure when you want it.
