Comfortable five-bedroom family home in walkable Grant Park neighborhood. This spacious retreat features two luxurious king beds with premium long staple cotton linens for ultimate comfort. Outside you have a private oasis with large patio, outdoor dining area, and grill. Everything you need is within walking distance, from trendy restaurants to local shops. The ideal blend of urban convenience and residential tranquility.

This large bungalow is a five bedroom house. The downstairs level has the primary bedroom with an ensuite bath. The living room, kitchen and laundry room are also all on the ground floor. The large living room tv is also equipped with a PS4.

On the second floor is the game room area with a hoop shooting game, arcade game and small golf game. It has two full bathrooms, a large bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with a desk, day bed and trundle bed.

The backyard is equipped for grilling out and alfresco dining. Hydrangeas blooming in summer give a great Georgia country vibe.

You`ll have access to the entire space except for a few owners closets.

An Atlanta Airbnbs host will be available if you need anything!
HOUSE RULES
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors, particularly of the front house. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- We ask that the responsible booking party be over the age of 25.
- No parties &|or events, glitter, tape, or confetti without prior approval and fees.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense. Guests who smoke will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee.
- Please no loud music or noise after 8 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
-If you live locally, we do not take last minute bookings.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.

REMINDER
- Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.

We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he/she has no control. This includes but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said vacationers and guests. Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer`s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental. By booking this rental, you agree to all the terms listed here.
