Very private and part of a beautiful upscale waterfront Cotuit neighborhood. Spend the day at a Barnstable beach, such as Loop Beach in Cotuit, or any other beach in the different villages, with the house-provided beach pass.

Outside Living Space
The centerpiece of your outdoor living experience here will be the oversized kidney-shaped pool, featuring a jetted spa. Prepare a pitcher of margaritas at the cabana pool bar, then sit back and relax. You can fire up the gas grill for a delightful poolside meal. Later on, gather around the classic cobblestone fireplace for some stargazing. This is summer living at its best in Cape Cod.

Inside Living Space
The main level of this stunning home features an elegant living room and a thoughtfully designed kitchen. Recently renovated, the sparkling kitchen features an extensive gas range, a spacious island with a convenient prep sink, and seating for four at a high countertop. The open kitchen layout flows seamlessly into the living room, highlighted by a two-story window wall and skylights that offer expansive water views. An imaginative curved balcony on the second level overlooks the main lounge area below. The living room also includes a large wall-mounted TV and an impressive stone fireplace that extends to the ceiling.

There's also a finished lower level with a game room featuring a regulation-size pool table and a separate TV lounge.

Sleeping Accommodations
There's a primary bedroom on the main level. It has a king-size bed and a private full bath. The spacious 2nd primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a full private bath with a large twin-sink vanity. There is another queen bedroom on this level, and one more bedroom with a twin and a full-size bed. The other two bedrooms share a bath upstairs.
