Our Smith Lake home is a magical lakeside haven perfectly poised on a point at the waterâs edge. It is known for twinkling fireflies that come alive at dusk. This home combines rustic charm with modern comfort and panoramic lake views. Ideal for families, couples, remote workers or small groups seeking relaxation and a new point of view.
Our charming lake side home was recently remodeled and is brand new from top to bottom! It has an open floor plan on the main level. Hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, gas range and fireplace. Over 380 feet of water frontage on over 2 gentle sloping acres. There are no steps to get to the water and a sidewalk all the way to the pier. Enjoy the wrap around porch... and covered entertaining space, and covered boat dock. The home has a generator capable of operating the entire home during a power outage.
âą Private Shoreline, Dock and Concrete Boat Ramp- Launch your kayak or boat, fish, paddleboard, or relax on the dock while taking in serene views.
âą Spacious Lakeside Deck- Furnished with comfy seating, dining table- perfect for sunset cocktails or stargazing by the water.
âą Cozy Interior- Open concept living and dining area with large windows framing endless lake vistas.
âą Fully Equipped Kitchen- Stainless steel appliances, island with bar seating, dishes and cookware for family-style meals.
âą Downstairs- Two King Beds and a bunk room with two doubles and two twin beds; 2 œ baths on the main level.
âą Upstairs- Two Queen Beds and one full bath
âą Extras and Conveniences: Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, Washer and Dryer, Family Friendly, Circle drive for parking.
âą Close to Lakeside Inn and Marina (restaurant, drinks, boat rental, gas and ice), Chef Troyâs Talk of the Town, Foodland Grocery, Mexican and Italian Restaurants
âą. Located on the north end of the lake close to Sipsey Creek. The property is on the quiet, less traveled part of the lake.
âą Check-in is after 4 pm and checkout is before 10 am. Book early for prime summer weeks- Fireflies bring the magic!
Our home is more than just a rentalâitâs a lakeside experience filled with firefly-lit evenings, peaceful mornings, and memories that glow. Reach out for availability, full gallery, and to start planning your escape!
Things to bring- Please bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, if you will need more than the starter rolls. You will also need life jackets, floats, noodles, all food items (coffee pot uses cone filters), extra ice, beach towels, personal toiletries, boat (optional) and a good attitude (not optional).
**Disclaimer**- You must be 25 years of age to rent, provide a valid ID, and disclose all guests and their ages upon booking. Our pricing is based on an average of 4-6 guests, which the downstairs is capable of holding. If you have more than 6 guests, additional nightly fees may apply. Our home is for guests to enjoy, but it is not a place for parties or large group events.
